Abstract

The invention is a simple rectangular piece of 22 gauge 304 or 316 Stainless Steel. It is 31.75 inches in length×3.75 inches in height and 0.025 inches in thickness. Attached to the steel plate are two Stainless Steel hinges. These can either be welded on or attached with nuts and bolts. The height and with of the invention can be adjusted to fit ovens which have different openings sizes but the function and use of the invention remains exactly the same.

       3 ) This invention is attached to the oven by hinges and these hinges allow food product to enter and exit the oven automatically as the conveyor moves foward.
