Bath sponge

Abstract

A bath sponge is formed from a foamed polyurethane to have a plurality of relatively shallow and small pores distributed over an outer surface thereof, and is provided on or between the shallow and small pores with a plurality of staggered and relatively deep and large holes resembling seawater corroded holes. Each of the relatively deep and large holes is internally provided at a bottom with a deeper and size-reduced hole, which do not extend through the bath sponge. Therefore, the bath sponge not only has an appearance like a natural sponge, but also has structural strength, breaking resistance, water absorbing ability, and softness better than both the natural sponge and other general types of bath sponge.

A bath sponge, comprising a body formed from a foamed polyurethane (PU), the body having a plurality of relatively shallow and small pores distributed over an outer surface thereof, and a plurality of staggered and relatively deep and large holes resembling seawater corroded holes provided on or between the shallow and small pores, and each of the relatively deep and large holes being internally provided at a bottom with a deeper and size-reduced hole having a diameter smaller than the deep and large holes. 
   
   
       2 . The bath sponge as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the staggered and relatively deep and large holes and the deeper and size-reduced holes provided at the bottom thereof do not extend through a full thickness of the body of the bath sponge.
