Abstract

The present invention relates generally to assays and methods involving Cytochrome c (Cyt c) and leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein-1 (LRG), and related antibodies. In an embodiment, the invention includes an isolated antibody produced by a hybridoma cell line having ATCC Accession Number PTA-8131, or antibody fragment thereof that specifically binds to leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein-1. In an embodiment, the invention includes a hybridoma cell line producing such an antibody or antibody fragment. In an embodiment, the invention includes a kit including such an antibody. Other embodiments are included herein.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An isolated antibody produced by a hybridoma cell line having ATCC Accession Number PTA-8131, or antibody fragment thereof that specifically binds to leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein-1.

2 . A hybridoma cell line producing the isolated antibody of claim 1 .

3 . A kit comprising an isolated antibody produced by a hybridoma cell line having ATCC Accession Number PTA-8131, or an antibody fragment thereof that specifically binds to leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein-1, and a compartment, wherein the antibody or fragment is contained within the compartment.

         4 . The kit of claim 3 , further comprising Cytochrome c.
