5 . The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 1 , wherein, said pull rod assembly further comprises a pull rod fixing base, a pull rod guiding tube and a pull rod, wherein, the pull rod fixing base, which being secured on the outer periphery of the upper ring, has a guiding bore created thereof; the pull rod guiding tube, which being disposed beneath the pull rod fixing base, is a hollow tube with concentric center as said guiding bore such that it can be sleeved by the guiding bore; and the pull rod inserts into the guiding bore and is accommodated by the pull rod guiding tube such that it can slide up and down movement along the pull rod guiding tube.

6 . The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 1 , wherein, said wheel assembly further comprises a fixing ring, a plurality of wheel frames and some wheels, wherein, said fixing ring is fixed on the internal container and located between the upper ring and the lower ring; one end of said wheel frames is pivoted on the fixing ring such that it can movable thereon, and the other end of said wheel frames is connected to a wheel axle, which being coupled to the wheel so that the wheel can rotate around the wheel axle.

7 . The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 1 , wherein, said bag body further comprises a cap head to cap on the top opening of the bag body.

8 . The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 1 , wherein, the lower bottom of said bag body further comprises a plurality of rollers and some fixing blocks.
