Abstract

The present invention pertains to a radiator-fan with integral plastic molding magnetic loop for energy saving comprising a pedestal and a blades assembly. Wherein, the pedestal has a newel for permitting an oiliness bearing and a bearing to mount therein and a PCB and a coil stator to surround it. Additionally, the blade assembly comprises a fan blade module, a plastic molding magnetic loop and an axle center disposed inside the blade module. Accordingly, the plastic molding magnetic loop substantially substitutes for the conventional rubber magnetic ring and magnetic frame unit and integrates the axle center into the fan blade module via the balance-free technique, thereby generating the integral blade assembly, which thus directly assembles with the pedestal. Therefore, the integral formation of the present invention enhances the quality and productivity, provides a higher stability of the product, and decreases the costs by streamlining components.

1 . A radiator-fan with integral plastic molding magnetic loop for energy saving comprising a pedestal and a blade assembly; wherein, an oiliness bearing and a bearing being sequentially mounted within a newel of said pedestal, and a PCB, and a coil stator being disposed around said newel;
 wherein, said blade assembly being integrally composed of a fan blade module with a blade base, a plastic molding magnetic loop, and an axle center; said plastic magnetic loop being arranged at an inner wall of said blade base, and said axle center being positioned in the center of said blade base and inserted into said bearing and said oiliness bearing in sequence.   
   
   
       2 . The radiator-fan as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said plastic molding magnetic loop is an integral configuration. 
   
   
       3 . The radiator-fan as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a plastic loop is located between said oiliness bearing and said bearing. 
   
   
       4 . The radiator-fan as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said coil stator includes an upper insulator, a lower insulator, and an enameled silicon steel flake disposed between said two insulators.
