Abstract

A fast-positioning device for assembling blade brackets to a motor housing of a ceiling fan includes a motor housing and plural blade brackets. The motor housing has the circumference of its underside divided in to equal parts respectively formed thereon with a positioning plate protruding downward and respectively formed with a long side and a short side. The long sides of the positioning plates are radially and orderly arranged, based on the center of the motor housing. Each blade bracket has the corresponding side of the motor housing formed with a connecting portion having its end cut with at least one notch to be horizontally and directly fitted on the positioning plate of the motor housing without obstructing sight line, enabling the blade brackets to be quickly positioned on the motor housing and their locking locations to be completely aligned to each other.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A fast-positioning device for assembling blade brackets to a motor housing of a ceiling fan comprising a motor housing and a plurality of blade brackets, said motor housing having its underside divided into plural equal parts respectively secured thereon with one said blade bracket, said blade bracket secured on said motor housing by means of screws respectively inserted through corresponding locking locations of said blade bracket and said motor housing;
 said motor housing having its underside divided into plural equal parts respectively formed with at least one positioning plate protruding downward, each said positioning plates having a long sides radially and orderly arranged with respect to a center of said motor housing; and said blade brackets respectively formed with a connecting portion at a corresponding side of said motor housing, said connecting portion having its front end cut with at least one positioning notch, said positioning notch of said blade bracket horizontally and directly fitted on said positioning plate of said motor housing without obstructing worker's sight line, by mutual engagement of said positioning notch and said positioning plate, said blade bracket able to be quickly positioned on said motor housing, and the corresponding locking locations of said blade bracket and said motor housing able to be completely aligned to each other.

       2 . The fast-positioning device for assembling blade brackets to a motor housing of a ceiling fan as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the underside of said motor housing is a round metallic plate having its circumference divided into five equal parts respectively formed thereon with a positioning plate, which is a rectangular one formed integrally with the underside of said motor housing and protrudes downward, each said positioning plate formed with a long side and a short side, said long sides of said positioning plates radially and orderly arranged with respect to a center of said motor housing, said positioning notch of said blade bracket being a through rectangular notch to be fitted with said positioning plate of said motor housing.

       3 . The fast-positioning device for assembling blade brackets to a motor housing of a ceiling fan as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a threaded hole is bored at a location adjacent to opposite sides of said positioning plate on the underside of said motor housing, and said positioning notch of said blade bracket has its opposite sides respectively bored with a through hole, said two through holes of said blade bracket respectively aligned to said two threaded holes of said motor housing, two screwing elements respectively inserted through said two through holes and secured in said two threaded holes to firmly assemble said blade brackets on the underside of said motor housing.

       4 . The fast-positioning device for assembling blade brackets to a motor housing of a ceiling fan as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the underside of said motor housing is a round metallic plate having its circumference divided into five equal parts respectively formed thereon with two rectangular positioning plates protruding downward and formed integrally with the underside of said motor housing by compression, said two positioning plates separated from each other at a preset interval and respectively formed with a long side and a short side, said long sides of said positioning plates radially and orderly arranged with respect to a center of said motor housing, said connecting portion of said blade bracket having its front end cut with two through positioning notches to be respectivey fitted with said two positioning plates of said motor housing.

       5 . The fast-positioning device for assembling blade brackets to a motor housing of a ceiling fan as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the underside of said motor housing is bored with a threaded hole at one side between said two positioning plates, said through hole of said blade bracket aligned to said threaded hole of said motor housing, said blade bracket firmly fixed on the underside of said motor housing by means of a screw inserted through said through hole of said blade bracket and engaged with said threaded hole of said motor housing.

       6 . The fast-positioning device for assembling blade brackets to a motor housing of a ceiling fan as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the underside of said motor housing is bored with two threaded holes at a location adjacent to the opposite sides of said two positioning plates, and said connecting portion of said blade bracket has its opposite sides respectively bored with a through hole, said two through holes of said blade bracket aligned to said two threaded holes of said motor housing, said blade bracket fixed on the underside of said motor housing by means of two screws respectively inserted through said two through holes of said blade bracket and engaged with said two threaded holes of said motor housing.
