Abstract
A sports garment including a pullover shirt having inner and outer lower layers. The inner lower layer is almost always worn tucked into pants to provide comfort and support to the wearer. The outer lower layer may be worn outside of the pants to provide the wearer with a neat and trim appearance.

21 . A sports garment for use by a wearer having excess girth in an abdominal region comprising:
a shirt having a neckline and covering about a front and back of the wearer in a non-separable manner such that said shirt is put on the wearer pulled over a head; said shirt having a first lower layer extending entirely around the wearer proximate an abdominal region; said shirt having a second lower layer extending entirely around the wearer proximate an abdominal region; wherein said first lower layer is an inner layer and said second lower layer is an outer layer; said second lower layer includes means for de-emphasizing the outline of the wearer's excess girth or weight in the abdominal region.
22 . The sports garment according to claim 21 , wherein said two layers begin in a mid abdominal region of the wearer.
23 . The sports garment according to claim 21 , wherein said two layers begin in an upper abdominal region of the wearer.
24 . The sports garment according to claim 21 , wherein said two layers begin seamlessly.
25 . The sports garment according to claim 21 , wherein at least one of said two layers is attached by a seam.
26 . The sports garment according to claim 21 , wherein said neckline includes a V-neck.
27 . The sports garment according to claim 21 , wherein said shirt includes long sleeves.
28 . The sports garment according to claim 21 , wherein said shirt includes short sleeves.
29 . The sports garment according to claim 21 , wherein said de-emphasizing means includes a lower portion of said outer layer to hold said lower portion snuggly and comfortably against a waistline of the wearer.
30 . The sports garment according to claim 21 , wherein said de-emphasizing means includes a lower portion of said outer layer to hold said outer layer in a bloused position.
31 . The sports garment according to claim 29 , wherein said de-emphasizing means includes a lower portion of said outer layer to hold said outer layer in a bloused position.
32 . The sports garment according to claim 30 , wherein said wearer has a lower body garment terminating at a waistline and said inner layer is tucked in between the wearer and the waist line of the lower garment and said outer layer is bloused over the lower body garment.
33 . The sports garment according to claim 31 , wherein said wearer has a lower body garment terminating at a waistline and said inner layer is tucked in between the wearer and the waist line of the lower garment and said outer layer is bloused over the lower body garment.
34 . The sports garment according to claim 32 , wherein said outer layer masks from view whether said inner layer is fully tucked in.
35 . The sports garment according to claim 32 , wherein said de-emphasizing means masks the outline of the wearer's excess girth or weight of the abdominal region meets the waistline of the wearer.
36 . A sports garment comprising:
a pullover shirt having a neckline selected from the group consisting of a collar and crew neck; said shirt having a first lower layer including a non-separable front and back portion; said shirt having a second lower layer including a non-separable front and back portion; wherein said first lower layer is an inner layer and said second lower layer is an outer layer; said second lower layer includes a lower most portion having means for blousing said second lower layer about a waistline.
37 . The sports garment of claim 36 , wherein said blousing means is configured to hold said lower portion snuggly and comfortably against a waistline of the wearer.
38 . The sports garment of claim 36 wherein said blousing means masks from view folds of fabric formed in said first lower layer.
39 . A sports garment comprising:
a shirt having a neckline and covering about a front and back of a wearer in a non-separable manner such that said shirt is put on the wearer pulled over a head; said shirt having a first lower layer extending entirely around the wearer proximate an abdominal region; said shirt having a second lower layer extending entirely around the wearer proximate an abdominal region; wherein said first lower layer is an inner layer and said second lower layer is a blousable outer layer having a lower portion configured to be held snuggly about a waistline of the wearer.
