Abstract

An improved zipper pack ( 1 ) is disclosed, in which wings ( 23 a , 24 a ) are formed at both sides of each of the female zipper ( 21 ) and the male zipper ( 22 ), and the wings ( 23 a , 24 a ) of one side of each of the female ( 21 ) and male zippers ( 22 ) are separated and formed in the direction of a corner of the zipper pack ( 1 ) and are thermally bonded with the inner surface ( 12, 13 ) of both sides of the pack ( 1 ), and the ends of the wings (23 b , 24 b ) of the other side of each of the female and male zippers ( 21, 22 ) which are not thermally bonded with the inner surface 812, 13 ) of both sides of the pack ( 1 ) and are formed in the inner direction of the pack ( 1 ), are thermally bonded so that the stuff filled in the zipper pack ( 1 ) does not contact with the female and male zippers.

In a zipper pack in which a synthetic resin zipper is inserted into a corner of one side of a pack made of a synthetic resin source material, and wings of one side of each of a female zipper and a male zipper are thermally bonded with the inner surfaces of both sides of the pack, an improved zipper pack characterized in that wings are formed at both sides of each of the female zipper and the male zipper, and the wings of one side of each of the female and male zippers are separated and formed in the direction of a corner of the zipper pack and are thermally bonded with the inner surfaces of both sides of the pack, and the ends of the wings of the other side of each of the female and male zippers, which are not thermally bonded with the inner surfaces of both sides of the pack and are formed in the inner direction of the pack, are thermally bonded so that the stuff filled in the zipper pack does not contact with the female and male zippers.
