Wrapping Machine with Rotating Table
Abstract
A wrapping machine ( 1 ) comprises a rotating table ( 2 ) for supporting products ( 14 ); an upright ( 3 ) with a perimeter wall ( 4 ) in which there is a longitudinal opening ( 5 ); a dispenser unit ( 6 ) for a wrapping film ( 15 ); and a supporting and connecting structure ( 7 ) for the dispenser unit ( 6 ), connecting it to the upright ( 3 ), comprising a carriage ( 8 ) and a plate ( 9 ). The carriage ( 8 ) can be translatably guided by the upright ( 3 ). The plate ( 9 ), lying in a vertical plane ( 10 ), passes through the upright ( 3 ) perimeter wall ( 4 ) at the opening ( 5 ), and connects the carriage ( 8 ) to the dispenser unit ( 6 ), so that they can translate together along the upright ( 3 ). The structure ( 7 ) comprises a vertical bar ( 11 ) contained in the upright ( 3 ) and translating supporting means ( 29 ) which connect the plate ( 9 ) to the bar ( 11 ) and comprise at least one sleeve ( 13 ) coaxially coupled with the bar ( 11 ) and at, least able to translate guided on the bar ( 11 ).

. A wrapping machine comprising a rotating table ( 2 ) for supporting products ( 14 ); an upright ( 3 ) with a perimeter wall ( 4 ) in which there is a longitudinal opening ( 5 ); a dispenser unit ( 6 ) for a film ( 15 ) for wrapping the products ( 14 ); a supporting and connecting structure ( 7 ) connecting the dispenser unit ( 6 ) to the upright ( 3 ) and comprising a carriage ( 8 ) and a plate ( 9 ), the carriage ( 8 ) being translatably guided by the upright ( 3 ), the plate ( 9 ) lying in a vertical plane ( 10 ), passing through the perimeter wall ( 4 ) of the upright ( 3 ) at the opening ( 5 ), and connecting the carriage ( 8 ) to the dispenser unit ( 6 ) as a single body, thus allowing them to be translated together longitudinally relative to the upright ( 3 ); the machine ( 1 ) wherein the supporting and connecting structure ( 7 ) comprises a vertical bar ( 11 ) contained in the upright ( 3 ) and translating supporting means ( 29 ) connecting the plate ( 9 ) to the bar ( 11 ) and comprising at least one motor driven sleeve ( 13 ), bilaterally coupled to the bar ( 11 ) and at least able to translate guided on the bar ( 11 ), the bar ( 11 ) and the one or each sleeve ( 13 ) have surfaces ( 16 , 17 ) which geometrically match each other, one of said surfaces ( 16 , 17 ) forming part of a mixed line profile ( 44 ) with at least one pair of flat opposite faces ( 45 ), so that the plate ( 9 ) is prevented from rotating on the bar ( 11 ), the sleeve ( 13 ) having rolling bodies ( 46 ) which can rototranslate on said flat faces ( 45 ).
. The machine according to claim 23 , wherein the mixed line profile ( 44 ) is quadrilateral.
. The machine according to claim 23 , wherein the bar ( 11 ) has a rack ( 40 ), the one or each sleeve ( 13 ) having a pinion ( 41 ) which engages with the rack ( 40 ), the pinion ( 41 ) being driven by actuator means ( 42 ) associated with the sleeve ( 13 ).
. The machine according to claim 23 , wherein the rototranslating bodies ( 46 ) include rollers which roll freely on the flat faces ( 45 ).
. The machine according to claim 26 , wherein the sleeve ( 13 ) includes a pair of opposite plates ( 47 ) supporting the bodies ( 46 ) inserted between them.
. The machine according to claim 23 , wherein the vertical bar ( 11 ) is positioned in the upright ( 3 ) at the side of the plane ( 10 ) in which the plate ( 9 ) lies.
. The machine according to claim 28 , wherein the vertical bar ( 11 ) has a tubular shape.
. The machine according to claim 29 , wherein at least the bar ( 11 ), the sleeve ( 13 ) and the actuator means ( 42 ) form an assembly ( 48 ) which as a single unit can be associated with or removed from the upright ( 3 ).
. The machine according to claim 30 , wherein the actuator means ( 42 ) include a gearmotor ( 43 ) supported by the sleeve ( 13 ).
. The machine according to claim 23 , wherein the translating supporting means ( 29 ) include the longitudinal opening ( 5 ) in the perimeter wall ( 4 ) of the upright ( 3 ) as the carriage ( 8 ) guide element.
. The machine according to claim 26 , wherein the rolling bodies ( 18 ) are ball-shaped.
. The machine according to claim 26 , wherein the rolling bodies ( 18 ) are roller-shaped.
. The machine according to claim 23 , wherein it comprises, inside the upright ( 3 ), a container compartment ( 19 ) adjacent to the bar ( 11 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
