Hem and clothing protector

Abstract

A pants hem and cuff protector that prevents the hem from touching the floor by positioning it above the ankle rim of the shoe. The cuff protector is held in place by the shoe, and secures the pant cuff so that it will not become dirty by dragging on the floor or pose a safety hazard. The cuff protector also serves as a fashion billboard for advertising and customization.

1 . A customizable fashion billboard and advertising cuff protecting device that positions the bottom hem of a pant leg above the posterior top rim of a shoe. 
   
   
       2 . A customizable fashion billboard and hem protecting device that secures the posterior bottom hem of a pant leg above the posterior top rim of a shoe to prevent a safety hazard and to prevent the pant hem from becoming soiled, wet, or torn without changing the position of where the pant leg falls on the front of the shoe where the posterior side of shoe is near the ankle and the front of the shoe is near the toes. 
   
   
       3 . The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is secured against the posterior top rim of the shoe by the foot heel and said device provides arch support for the foot sole while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between two pieces of material or using a clip, clamp, magnet, appendage arm, or sticky adhesive, where the device above the top rim of the shoe displays the customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side. 
   
   
       4 . The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is secured against the posterior top rim of the shoe by the use of an internal or external clamp while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between two pieces of material or using a clip, clamp, magnet, appendage arm, or sticky adhesive, where the device above the top rim of the shoe displays the customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side.

The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is secured against the posterior top rim of the shoe by the use of a clip while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between two pieces of material or using a clip, clamp, magnet, appendage arm, or sticky adhesive, where the device above the top rim of the shoe displays the customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side. 
   
   
       6 . The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is secured against the posterior top rim of the shoe by the use of a rod while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between prongs, where the device prongs above the top rim of the shoe are interwoven with the bottom hem where the prongs create a fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side.

The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is secured against the posterior top rim of the shoe by the use of a tensile clamp while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between two pieces of material or using a clip, clamp, magnet, appendage arm, or sticky adhesive, where the device above the top rim of the shoe displays the customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side.

The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is secured against the posterior top rim of the shoe by the use of a fulcrum clamp while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between two pieces of material or using a clip, clamp, magnet, appendage arm, or sticky adhesive, where the device above the top rim of the shoe displays the customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side. 
   
   
       9 . The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is secured against the posterior top rim of the shoe by the use of a magnet while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between two pieces of material or by using a clip, clamp, magnet, appendage arm, or sticky adhesive, where the device above the top rim of the shoe displays the customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side. 
   
   
       10 . The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is secured against the posterior top rim of the shoe by the use of an appendage arm while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between two pieces of material or by using a clip, clamp, magnet, appendage arm, or sticky adhesive, where the device above the top rim of the shoe displays the customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side.

The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is secured against the posterior top rim of the shoe by the use of a screw while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between two pieces of material or by using a clip, clamp, magnet, appendage arm, or sticky adhesive, where the device above the top rim of the shoe displays the customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side. 
   
   
       12 . The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is secured against the posterior top rim of the shoe by the use of a sticky adhesive while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between two pieces of material or by using a clip, clamp, magnetic gripper, appendage arm, or sticky adhesive, where the device above the top rim of the shoe displays the customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side. 
   
   
       13 . The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is attached to the outward posterior top rim of the shoe by the use of a clip, clamp, magnetic gripper, appendage arm, screw, coupling device, insert clasp, industrial snaps, or sticky adhesive while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between two pieces of material or by using a clip, clamp, magnetic gripper, appendage arm, or sticky adhesive, where the device above the top rim of the shoe displays the customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side.

The device of  claim 2  wherein said hem protecting device is attached to the posterior top rim of the shoe by the use of a rod while holding the pant hem above the rim of the shoe in between two pieces of material or by using a clip, clamp, magnetic gripper, appendage arm, or sticky adhesive, where the device above the top rim of the shoe displays the customizable fashion billboard on the posterior exterior side.
