Abstract

The invention relates to a reclosable container ( 1 ) for cosmetics, in particular a perfume bottle, comprising a base body ( 2 ) for holding a cosmetic substance, in particular a perfume and a closing body ( 3 ) that is located on the base body ( 2 ). Said container comprises at least one activatable sound reproduction device ( 5 ) for reproducing sounds, spoken or sung text and/or music and/or comprises at least one activatable illumination and/or video device ( 6 ) for emitting light signals. The container also has at least one sensor ( 7 ), which is configured in such a way that it activates the sound reproduction device ( 5 ) and/or the illumination and/or video device ( 6 ), when the container ( 1 ) is touched and/or when the closing body ( 3 ) is opened or closed.

1 . A reclosable container ( 1 ) for cosmetics and/or jewelry, in particular a perfume bottle,
 having a base body ( 2 ) to hold jewelry and/or a cosmetic substance, in particular to hold perfume, and a closing body ( 3 ) arranged on the base body ( 2 ),   having at least one activatable audio playback device ( 5 ) for playback of sounds, spoken/sung text and/or music and/or having at least one activatable lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) for emitting light or light signals and/or a running text and/or a video text,   having at least one switch or sensor ( 7 ) designed so that it activates the audio playback device ( 5 ) and/or the lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) when the container ( 1 ) is touched and/or when the closing body ( 3 ) is opened/closed.   
   
   
       2 . The container according to  claim 1 ,
 characterized in   that the container ( 1 ) has a pedestal ( 4 ) that contains a receptacle ( 8 ) and/or a playback device for a data medium ( 9 ).

 characterized in   that the data medium ( 9 ) is a compact disc (CD) or a digital video disc (DVD) or a minidisc (mini-CD or DVD) or a USB stick.   
   
   
       4 . The container according to any one of the  claims 1  to  3 ,
 characterized in   that the container ( 1 ) has a digital data memory ( 10 ) which is designed for storing sound, spoken/sung text and/or music.   
   
   
       5 . The container according to  claim 4 ,

 that the data memory ( 10 ) is designed as a microchip and/or 
 that the data memory ( 10 ) is integrated into the pedestal ( 4 ) or into the closing body ( 3 ) of the container ( 1 ).

 that predetermined data is stored on the data memory ( 10 ) and/or 
 that the data memory ( 10 ) is designed so that individual data may be stored.

 characterized in   that the container ( 1 ) is at least partially transparent.   
   
   
       8 . The container according to any one of the  claims 1  to  7 ,
 characterized in   that the lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) creates a direct or indirect lighting of at least portions of the container ( 1 ) or of the entire container ( 1 ).   
   
   
       9 . The container according to any one of the  claims 1  to  8 ,
 characterized in   that the lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) is designed so that it creates motion pictures and/or reflections and/or video clips.   
   
   
       10 . The device according to any one of the  claims 1  to  9 , characterized in
 that the container ( 1 ) and/or the closing body ( 3 ) is polished and/or has a surface structure ( 11 ).   
   
   
       11 . The container according to  claim 10 ,
 characterized in   that the lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) illuminates at least portions of the surface structure ( 11 ) of the container ( 1 ) and/or the pedestal ( 4 ) and/or the closing body ( 3 ).   
   
   
       12 . The container according to any one of the  claims 1  to  11 ,
 characterized in
 that within the container ( 1 ) and/or outside of the container ( 1 ) a light-conducting and/or illuminating and/or illuminated lighting element ( 12 ) is provided, and/or 
 that the lighting element ( 12 ) illuminates the container ( 1 ) from the inside and/or from the outside. 
   
   
   
       13 . The container according to any one of the  claims 1  to  12 ,
 characterized in   that a vibration device ( 21 ) is provided which causes the container ( 1 ) to vibrate in the activated state.   
   
   
       14 . The container according to  claim 13 ,
 characterized in   that the audio playback device ( 5 ) and the lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) are linked together in such a way that the optical signals of the lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) are adapted to acoustic signals of the audio playback device ( 5 ) and/or to vibration signals of the vibration device ( 21 ).   
   
   
       15 . The device according to any one of the  claims 2  to  14 , characterized in
 that the pedestal ( 4 ) of the container ( 1 ) is provided with Chinese lacquer and/or is made of metal or wood or plastic.   
   
   
       16 . The container according to any one of the  claims 2  to  15 ,
 characterized in   that the container ( 1 ) is rotatably mounted in the pedestal ( 4 ).   
   
   
       17 . The container according to any one of the  claims 2  to  16 ,
 characterized in   that a rotation sensor ( 7 ′) and/or a touch sensor ( 7 ) is provided, activating and/or deactivating the audio playback device ( 5 ) and/or the lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) and/or the vibration device ( 21 ) on rotation of the container ( 1 ) in the pedestal ( 4 ).   
   
   
       18 . The container according to any one of the  claims 2  to  17 ,
 characterized in   that a rotary drive that can be activated by the switch or sensor ( 7 ) is provided, rotating the container ( 1 ) in the pedestal ( 4 ).   
   
   
       19 . The container according to any one of the  claims 1  to  18 ,
 characterized in   that the audio playback device ( 5 ) and the lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) and/or the vibration device ( 21 ) is/are designed so that they become inactive again approximately 10 to 15 seconds after being activated.   
   
   
       20 . The container according to any one of the  claims 1  to  19 ,
 characterized in   that the audio playback device ( 5 ) is arranged in the closing body ( 3 ).   
   
   
       21 . The container according to any one of the  claims 1  to  20 ,
 characterized in   that the lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) is arranged in the pedestal ( 4 ).   
   
   
       22 . The container according to any one of the  claim 2  to  21 ,
 characterized in   that a fog generator ( 22 ) that can be activated by the switch or sensor ( 7 ,  7 ′) is provided, generating a fog at least inside the container ( 1 ) in the activated state.

 characterized in   that polished prismatic bodies are provided in or on the container ( 1 ) and/or in or on the closing body ( 3 ).   
   
   
       24 . A print medium ( 15 ) having a cover ( 16 ), in particular a book,
 having at least one activatable audio playback device ( 5 ) for playback of sounds, spoken/sung text and/or music and/or having at least one activatable lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) for emitting light or light signals and/or a running text and/or a video text,   having at least one sensor ( 7 ) that is designed so that it activates the audio playback device ( 5 ) and/or the lighting device and/or video device ( 6 ) when the print medium ( 15 ) is touched and/or when the print medium ( 15 ) is opened/closed.   
   
   
       25 . The print medium according to  claim 24 , characterized in
 that a receptacle ( 8 ) for a data medium ( 9 ) is provided in the cover ( 16 ) of the print medium ( 15 ).

 that the data medium ( 9 ) is a compact disc (CD) or a digital video disc (DVD) or a minidisc (mini-CD or DVD) or a USB stick.

 characterized in   that the print medium ( 15 ) has a digital data memory ( 10 ) which is designed for storing sounds, spoken/sung text and/or music.
