Abstract

The invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising a water circuit for cooling its internal combustion engine, wherein the water circuit comprises an electrically operated engine fan and the engine fan is assigned a linear regulator which is thermally coupled to the water circuit.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A motor vehicle comprising a water circuit for cooling an internal combustion engine, wherein the water circuit comprises an electrically operated engine fan and the engine fan is assigned a linear regulator that is thermally coupled to the water circuit.

2 . The motor vehicle according to claim 1 , in which the linear regulator is in thermal contact with a water line of the water circuit.

3 . The motor vehicle according to claim 1 , in which the water line has a recess into which the liner regulator or a cooling block assigned to the linear regulator is partially recessed.

4 . The motor vehicle according to claim 1 , in which the linear regulator is in thermal contact with a water cooler which is assigned to the water circuit.

5 . The motor vehicle according to claim 1 , in which the linear regulator is disposed in the air stream of the engine fan.

6 . A water cooler for a water circuit of a motor vehicle configured for detachable connection to a linear regulator for regulating an engine fan.

7 . A water cooler according to claim 6 , having a linear regulator connected detachably thereto.

8 . A water cooler according to claim 6 , wherein the water cooler is part of a condensor/radiation/fan module (CRFM) that further comprising an engine fan.
