Abstract

A smoking product of a cigarette type which can be made quickly and personally and can be filled with any amount and type of tobacco according to the smoker's will.

       2 . A smoking product comprising
 an elongated tubular holder having a first end; and   an elongated tube having an outer end and an inner end that is releasably engaged around and overlaps said first end, said tube being slidable lengthwise relative to the holder so that said outer end can be adjustably spaced from said first end to vary the available tube volume between said first and said outer ends, said tube being of a combustible material so that when said outer end is lit, the tube burns down like a cigarette wrapper.   
   
   
       3 . The product defined in  claim 2  wherein said holder is of cardboard. 
   
   
       4 . The product defined in  claim 2  wherein the tube is of parchment or cigarette paper. 
   
   
       5 . The product defined in  claim 2  wherein the tube is appreciably longer than the holder. 
   
   
       6 . The product defined in  claim 2  and further including a quantity of loose tobacco received in said available tube volume through said outer end and pressed filled by sliding the tube along the holder to reduce the distance between said first and said outer ends.

       14 . The product defined in  claim 6  and further including opposed pressure points located on the product between said first and said inner ends which when pressed together prevent said tobacco from penetrating into the holder.
