Registrable Modular Covering for Road Surfaces

Abstract

The invention relates to modular cladding for paving, comprising hexagonal sections ( 2 ). According to the invention, the long sides of the sections are straight and parallel, while the ends of the four remaining sides are positioned in pairs at an angle of 90°. In addition, a recess ( 5 ) is provided at each of the ends of the shorter sides of the section, said recess having similar dimensions to those of a tongue ( 6 ) that is disposed on the adjacent side. Moreover, the bodies ( 2 ) are sub-divided into two trapezoidal zones by means of a longitudinal rib ( 4 ) which is equipped with a longitudinal split line on the sides thereof.

Registrable modular covering for road surfaces, intended for the covering of flat surfaces, preferably horizontal surfaces, characterised by being made up of hexagonal sections ( 2 ), which have straight and parallel greater sides and the four remaining sides are positioned at the ends two by two at an angle of 90 degrees and incorporating, together with each one of the ends of the lesser sides, a sunken section ( 5 ) of similar dimensions to a tongue ( 6 ) situated on the adjacent side, the bodies ( 2 ) being subdivided into two trapezoidal areas by a longitudinal projection ( 4 ) that incorporates a line of longitudinal split.
