Anti-Tampering Beverage Container Made of Plastic Material Such as Pe, Pet, Pvc or the Like
Abstract
An anti-tampering beverage container ( 1 ) made of plastic material such as PE, PET, PVC or the like intended to contain liquids and composed of a thin casing stretched and provided with a watertight closure cap ( 3 ), wherein it is made such to be with a containment volume that changes depending on the pressure difference between inner pressure (Pr) and external pressure (Pa), particularly the atmospheric one and it has a reference (Lo) for measuring the liquid level, so that with pressure changing inside the container changes of the liquid level are indicated due to the change of the containment volume so tampering actions being shown causing the container to be opened and so causing the inner pressure to change with respect to the original one under sealed condition.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An anti-tampering container made of a plastic material and intended to contain a liquid, the container comprising:
a casing, and a watertight closure cap couplable to the casing, wherein the casing is configured to undergo a change in a containment volume depending on a pressure difference between inner pressure and external pressure of the casing, wherein the casing comprises a reference for measuring a liquid level within the casing, so that a pressure change inside the container causes a chance in the liquid level indicative of the change of the containment volume, thereby causing tampering actions to be shown when the container is opened and the inner pressure changes with respect to an original pressure under sealed condition.
2 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein a container wall is elastically expandable at least partially such to produce the chance in the containment volume depending on the pressure difference between the inner pressure and the external pressure.
3 . The container according to claim 1 , further comprising one or more bellow-shaped annular folds disposed in the casing about a longitudinal axis of the container,
wherein the bellow-shaped annular folds expand longitudinally upon an increase of the inner pressure, thereby causing an increase in the containment volume, wherein the bellow-shaped annular folds contract longitudinally upon a decrease of the inner pressure decreases thereby causing an decrease in the containment volume, and wherein the increase or decrease of the inner pressure is observable by the chance of the liquid level in relation to a mark disposed in a neck portion of the container.
4 . The container according to claim 3 , wherein the bellow-shaped annular folds are essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the container.
5 . The container according to claim 3 , wherein the mark is a relief, recess, groove, or indentation disposed along a plane essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the container.
6 . The container according to claim 3 , wherein the mark is a tape or cord irremovably glued or sealed to the container.
7 . An anti-tampering container, made of a plastic material and intended to contain a liquid, the container comprising:
a casing; and a watertight closure cap couplable to the casing, wherein a bottom of the casing is elastically deformable outwardly, thereby causing an inner volume of the container to increase if an inner pressure of the container increases, wherein the casing is elastically deformable inwardly, thereby causing the inner volume of the container to decrease if the inner pressure of the container decreases, and wherein outward and inward deformations of the container are detectable by one or more level marks indicative of a filling level of the liquid in the container.
8 . The container according to claim 7 , the bottom is concave and comprises one or more concentric ridges disposed therein.
9 . The container according to claim 7 , wherein an increase of the inner pressure of the container, causes the bottom to elastically and reversibly bend outwardly, thereby increasing the inner volume in the container of the container and wherein a subsequent return to an initial pressure enables the bottom to restore an initial configuration of the concave bottom.
10 . The container according to claim 7 , wherein a decrease of the inner pressure of the container causes the bottom to elastically and reversibly bend inwardly, thereby decreasing the inner volume of the container, and wherein a subsequent return to an initial pressure in the container enables the bottom to restore an initial configuration of the bottom.
11 . The container according to claim 7 , wherein at least a central part of a surface of the bottom is a surface revolving about a longitudinal axis of the container with a vertex disposed towards an inside of the container, and wherein the bottom has a curvature and material thickness such that the central part reversibly elastically bends outwardly when the inside of the container is subjected to the increase of the inner pressure and subsequently returns to an initial configuration upon a return of the inner pressure to an initial level.
12 . The container according to claim 7 wherein at least a central part of a surface of the bottom extends about a longitudinal axis of the container, and wherein the at least central part of the surface of the bottom has a radius of curvature and material thickness such to enable the at least central part to reversibly and elastically bend towards an inside of the container when the inside of the container is subjected to a decrease in the inner pressure and to subsequently enable an initial configuration of the container to be restored when an initial pressure in the container is restored.
13 . An anti-tampering container made of a plastic material and intended to contain a liquid, the container comprising:
a casing; and a watertight closure cap; wherein at least a part of a lateral surface of the container, comprises one or more bellows shaped folds disposed essentially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the container, wherein the folds enable an inner volume of the container to increase upon an increase of an inner pressure of the container, wherein the folds enable the inner volume to decrease upon a decrease of the inner pressure of the container, and wherein the increase or decrease of the inner volume is observable by observing a chance in a level of the liquid in the container in relation to a mark placed in a neck area of the container.
14 . An anti-tampering container made of a plastic material and intended to contain a liquid, the container comprising:
a stretchable casing; and a watertight closure cap couplable to the casing, wherein the casing is provided with a mark placed in a neck portion of the container, wherein the casing has a modulus of elasticity such that a change of an inner pressure of the container causes a lateral wall of the casing to expand or contract, such that the chance in the inner pressure is observable by a chance in a level of the liquid within the container in relation to the mark.
15 . An anti-tampering container made of a plastic material and intended to contain a liquid, the container comprising:
a casing having a mark disposed in a neck region; and a watertight closure cap couplable to the casing, wherein one or more cross-sections of the casing perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the casing change in shape and/or dimension upon a change in an inner pressure in the container, such that a change in the inner volume of the container due to a change in an inner pressure causes a change in a liquid level in relation to the mark.
16 . The container according to claim 15 , wherein the change in share is a change from a multilateral shape to an essentially circular shape.
17 . The container according to claim 13 , wherein the folds are disposed on the lateral surface parallel or spirally.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
