Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A container made of cardboard or paperboard, which may be produced from at least one folding blank ( 1 ), for accommodating a product which gives off a fragrance, such as detergent or the like, comprising:
a side wall, having a passage ( 10 ) provided in the side wall, through which passage the fragrance may pass but through which the product cannot pass, a cover ( 11 , 13 ), by means of which the passage ( 10 ) may be repeatedly closed and opened, the cover comprising a double-layered adhesive label ( 11 ), a lower layer ( 19 ) of the adhesive label ( 11 ) being connected firmly to the side wall and an upper layer ( 20 ) of the adhesive label ( 11 ) being arranged partially peelably on the lower layer ( 19 ), wherein the passage ( 10 ) is provided in a double-layered area of the side wall, in which the latter comprises an inner layer ( 3 a ) and an outer layer ( 5 a ), the inner layer ( 3 a ) comprising the passage ( 10 ) and the outer layer comprising a punched-out portion ( 12 ) over the passage ( 10 ), wherein the lower layer ( 19 ) of the adhesive label ( 11 ) comprises a punched-out portion ( 21 ) which is arranged over the punched-out portion ( 12 ) in the outer layer ( 5 a ) of the side wall, and wherein the passage ( 10 ) may be closed directly by the adhesive label ( 11 ).

2 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the passage ( 10 ) comprises at least one fragrance hole ( 10 ), which is provided in the side wall of the container.

3 . The container according to claim 2 , wherein the at least one fragrance hole ( 10 ) has a diameter of 0.2 to 2 mm.

4 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the passage comprises a plurality of fragrance holes ( 10 ) arranged next to one another.

       5 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the punched-out portion ( 12 ) in the outer layer ( 5 a ) fully exposes the passage ( 10 ).

       6 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the adhesive label ( 11 ) comprises an opening tab ( 15 ).

7 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein the punched-out portion ( 21 ) of the lower layer ( 19 ) of the adhesive label ( 11 ) is smaller than the punched-out portion ( 12 ) of the outer layer ( 5 a ) of the side wall and is completely encircled thereby.

8 . The container according to claim 1 , wherein, for the purpose of removing product, an openable flap element is provided, which is connected to the rest of the container in the original, unopened state via a tear strip element ( 18 ).

       9 . A container for a fragrant product, comprising:
a top or side wall having a double-layered area in which an inner layer defines at least one passage through which a fragrance may pass but through which the product cannot pass, and an outer layer defines a punched-out portion over the at least one passage; a cover comprising a double-layered adhesive label that may repeatedly cover and expose the at least one passage, with a lower layer of the adhesive label connected to the top or side wall and an upper layer of the adhesive label arranged partially peelably on the lower layer, wherein the lower layer of the adhesive label comprises a punched-out portion which is arranged over the punched-out portion in the outer layer of the top or side wall, so that the at least one passage may be closed directly by the adhesive label.

10 . The container according to claim 9 , wherein the at least one passage comprises a plurality of fragrance holes.
