Abstract

The present invention relates to a cast-on-strap mold and a method for producing a terminal post comprising an embedded member at one time. The cast-on-strap mold for producing a terminal post comprising an embedded member at one time is disposed with a cavity and a fixing bolt that correspond in size and position to the embedded member are disposed therein, a positioning aperture is disposed thereon, and the embedded member, the positioning aperture and the fixing bolt correspond to one another. The method for producing a terminal post comprising an embedded member at one time uses a cast-on-strap mold for producing a terminal post comprising an embedded member at one time and it comprises the following steps: install the embedded member into the cast-on-strap mold and secure it in position by the fixing bolt, cast and weld the terminal post and the plate pack, and then loosen the fixing bolt to take out the cast and welded terminal post and plate pack. The present invention increases the effects of the strength and the connection of the plate pack, the terminal post and the embedded member which are formed in one piece at one time, and it also significantly increases the capacity of the storage battery for conducting high electric current. The production steps are saved. The cost of production is lowered. The level of automation and the quality of the production can be enhanced.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A cast-on-strap mold for producing a terminal post comprising an embedded member at one time, which is characterized in that a cavity and a fixing bolt that correspond in size and position to the embedded member are disposed therein, a positioning aperture is disposed thereon, and the embedded member, the positioning aperture and the fixing bolt correspond to one another.

2 . A method for producing a terminal post comprising an embedded member at one time, which is characterized in that a cast-on-strap mold for producing a terminal post comprising an embedded member at one time is used and the method comprises the following steps: install the embedded member into the cast-on-strap mold and secure it in position by the fixing bolt, cast and weld the terminal post and the plate pack, and then loosen the fixing bolt to take out the cast and welded terminal post and plate pack.

3 . The method for producing a terminal post comprising an embedded member at one time as in claim 2 , in which the casting and welding of the terminal post and the plate pack comprises the following steps: immerse the cast-on-strap mold into a molten lead alloy, take out the cast-on-strap mold and cool it down to the temperature for casting and welding, immerse the part of the plate pack to be connected to the terminal post into the molten lead alloy in the cast-on-strap mold, and the molten lead alloy in the cast-on-strap mold cools down to form a welding layer to unite the terminal post and the plate pack together in one piece.
