Recognition arrangement for disposable tableware

Abstract

A recognition arrangement for disposable tableware comprises a tab body having a base portion and a plurality of character portions, and a user reference arrangement, wherein the user reference arrangement has means for selectively removing at least one of the character portions of the tab body that the user can recognize which disposable tableware belonged to him or her. The recognition arrangement can have symbols, numerals or alphabet which helps the user to recognize his or her disposable tableware, helps a user to recognize his or her disposable tableware such that wastage and health risks are reduced. The users can also easily recognize which disposable tableware belong to him or her in a shorter period of time with less effort.

1 . A recognition arrangement for a disposable tableware, comprising:
 a tab body adapted for providing on said disposable tableware, wherein said tab body has a base portion and a plurality of character portions which are integrally provided at said base portion and are aligned side-by-side; and   a user reference arrangement for a user of said disposable tableware self-recognizing thereof, wherein said user reference arrangement comprises means for selectively removing at least one of said character portions of said tab body such that a predetermined array of said character portions of said tab body are remained on said disposable tableware for said user recognizing said disposable tableware belong to.

The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tab body is adapted for outwardly extending from an outer surface of said disposable tableware at a position that said base portion of said tab body is suspendedly hung on said outer surface of said disposable tableware, wherein said character portions are aligned printed on said tab body.

The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said removing means has a tear-off line formed along said base portion of said tab body and a plurality of tearable slits formed between two of said character portions, such that each of said character portions of said tab body is selectively torn off from said base portion thereof to keep said predetermined array of said character portions of said tab body for said user recognizing said disposable tableware belonged to. 
   
   
       4 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein each of said character portions has a character thereon respectively, wherein said character is provided for said user to easily remember said disposable tableware. 
   
   
       5 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 4 , wherein said tab body is integrally formed with said disposable tableware. 
   
   
       6 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 4 , wherein said tab body is attached to said disposable tableware. 
   
   
       7 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 6 , wherein said characters on said character portions are alphabets. 
   
   
       8 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 6 , wherein said characters on said character portions are numerals. 
   
   
       9 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 6 , wherein said characters on said character portions are symbols. 
   
   
       10 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tab body is provided on a holding portion of said disposable tableware.

The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein said tab body is adapted for outwardly extending from an outer surface of said holding portion of said disposable tableware at a position that said base portion of said tab body is suspendedly hung on said outer surface of said disposable tableware, wherein said character portions are aligned printed on said tab body.

The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 11 , wherein said removing means has a tear-off line formed along said base portion of said tab body and a plurality of tearable slits formed between two of said character portions, such that each of said character portions of said tab body is selectively torn off from said base portion thereof to keep said predetermined array of said character portions of said tab body for said user recognizing said tableware belonged to. 
   
   
       13 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 12 , wherein said characters on said character portions are alphabets. 
   
   
       14 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 13 , wherein said characters on said character portions are numerals. 
   
   
       15 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tab body is adapted for integrally coating on an outer surface of said disposable tableware, wherein said character portions are alignedly printed on said tab body.

The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 15 , wherein said removing means has a scratch-to-remove element integrally coated on each of said character portions of said tab body for allowing said user to selectively remove said character portion of said tab body in a scratching manner. 
   
   
       17 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 16 , wherein said characters on said character portions are alphabets. 
   
   
       18 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 16 , wherein said characters on said character portions are numerals. 
   
   
       19 . A recognition arrangement for a label of disposable tableware, comprising:
 at least one tab body, each having a root portion and a plurality of character portions, wherein said character portions are integrally extended from said root portion and are aligned side-by-side, wherein said root portion is said label of said disposable tableware; and   a user reference arrangement for a user of said disposable tableware self-recognizing thereof, wherein said user reference arrangement has a tear-off line formed along said root portion of said tab body and a plurality of tearable slits formed between two of said character portions, such that each of said character portions of said tab body is selectively torn off from said root portion thereof to keep a predetermined array of said character portions of said tab body for said user recognizing said disposable tableware belonged to.   
   
   
       20 . The recognition arrangement, as recited in  claim 19 , wherein each of said character portions has a character thereon respectively, wherein said character is provided for said user to easily remember said holding portion and said disposable tableware.
