Abstract

To provide a sheet for guiding regeneration of mesenchymal tissue having improved formability, strength, absorbability and efficiency, the sheet is produced by steps of containing a culture medium in a surface of a porous sheet produced by freezing a bioabsorbable polymer material dissolved with an organic solvent and drying it, seeding a mesenchymal cell grown after taking from biotissue, and differentiating the mesenchymal cell to a mesenchymal tissue precursor cell, where the mesenchymal tissue precursor cell and an extracellular substrate are adhered on the surface of the porous sheet containing a culture medium, and the extracellular substrate is secreted in a process of the mesenchymal cell being differentiated to the mesenchymal tissue precursor cell.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method for producing a sheet capable of guiding regeneration of mesenchymal tissue, the method comprising:
applying a culture medium into the surface of a porous sheet, which porous sheet has been produced by freezing a solution of a bioabsorbable polymer material dissolved in an organic solvent and drying the solution, thereby removing the solvent, seeding mesenchymal cells onto the surface of said porous sheet, wherein said mesenchymal cells have been grown from cells taken from biotissue and culturing said mesenchymal cells in said culture medium, and differentiating said mesenchymal cells to mesenchymal tissue precursor cells.

2 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the bioabsorbable polymer material is at least one material selected from the group consisting of polyglycolic acid, polylactic acid, a copolymer of lactic acid and glycolic acid, poly- ε-caprolactone, a copolymer of lactic acid and ε-caprolactone, polyamino acid and copolymers thereof, polyortho ester and copolymers thereof, and polymalic acid and copolymers thereof.

3 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the mesenchymal cells are mesenchymal stem cells or periodontal ligament cells.

4 . The method as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the mesenchymal cells are mesenchymal stem cells or periodontal ligament cells.

5 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the mesenchymal tissue precursor cells are bone blast cells, cartilage blast cells, fat blast cells, or myoblast cells.

6 . The method as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the mesenchymal tissue precursor cells are bone blast cells, cartilage blast cells, fat blast cells, or myoblast cells.

7 . The method as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the mesenchymal tissue precursor cells are bone blast cells, cartilage blast cells, fat blast cells, or myoblast cells.

8 . The method as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the mesenchymal tissue precursor cells are bone blast cells, cartilage blast cells, fat blast cells, or myoblast cells.

9 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the culture medium is Dulbeco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) culture medium containing self serum, fetal bovine serum (PBS).

10 . The method as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the culture medium is Dulbeco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) culture medium containing self serum, fetal bovine serum (FBS).

11 . The method as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the culture medium is Dulbeco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) culture medium containing self serum, fetal bovine serum (FBS).

12 . The method as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the culture medium is Dulbeco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) culture medium containing self serum, fetal bovine serum (FBS).

13 . The method as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the culture medium is Dulbeco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) culture medium containing self serum, fetal bovine serum (FBS).

14 . The method as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the culture medium is Dulbeco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) culture medium containing self serum, fetal bovine serum (EBS).

15 . The method as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the culture medium is Dulbeco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) culture medium containing self serum, fetal bovine serum (FBS).

16 . The method as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the culture medium is Dulbeco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) culture medium containing self serum, fetal bovine serum (FBS).

17 . The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said applying comprises dipping the porous sheet in the culture medium.

18 . The method as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said applying comprises dipping the porous sheet in the culture medium.

19 . The method as claimed in claim 3 , wherein said applying comprises dipping the porous sheet in the culture medium.
