Abstract

The present invention is directed to N-hydroxyamidino compounds which are modulators of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO), as well as compositions and pharmaceutical methods thereof.

         53 . The method of  claim 52  further comprising administering an anti-viral agent, a chemotherapeutic, an immunosuppressant, radiation, an anti-tumor vaccine, an antiviral vaccine, cytokine therapy, or a tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
