Abstract
The disclosure provides an article having a circuit mounted with parts characterized by comprising an electronic part soldered with a lead free solder and having an identification marking indicating no inclusion of lead and an electrical appliance including the same. The present invention also provides a recycling method of wastes of the same. The present invention can offer an article having a circuit mounted with parts and an electrical appliance including the same both of which facilitate identification whether lead which is poisonous to human body is contained or not.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 13 . (canceled)
14 . A printed board having a circuit with electronic parts, which are soldered by a lead free solder, and including an identification marking carried on said printed board indicating absence of lead in said printed board.
15 . The printed board in accordance with claim 14 , wherein an electrode of said electronic parts is a lead free electrode having a coating of a lead free solder.
16 . The printed board in accordance with claim 14 , wherein said electronic parts are lead free parts containing no lead.
17 . The printed board in accordance with claim 14 , wherein said identification marking is printing, inscribing or labeling.
18 . The printed board in accordance with claim 17 , wherein said labeling has a uniformity of said identification marking among manufactures.
19 . The printed board in accordance with claim 14 , wherein said identification marking allows human to easily recognize that said printed board is lead free.
20 . An electrical appliance comprising a printed board having a circuit with electronic parts, which are soldered by a lead free solder, and a housing accommodating said electronic parts, wherein
an identification marking indicating absence of lead in said printed board is carried on said printed board or said housing.
21 . A recycling method of wastes including the printed board in accordance with claim 14 comprising the steps of:
identifying a lead free printed board from said wastes by means of said identification marking; and discriminating said lead free printed board from a lead containing printed board.
22 . A recycling method of wastes including the electrical appliance in accordance with claim 20 comprising the steps of:
identifying a lead free electrical appliance from said wastes by means of said identification marking; and discriminating said lead free electrical appliance from a lead containing electrical appliance.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
