Heat exchanger
Abstract
A heat exchanger for realizing a high degree of humidity exchange efficiency at a low cost. The heat exchanger in which partition members respectively separated from each other by a spacing maintained by one of spacing members facilitate circulation of two different air flows, with total enthalpy heat exchange occurring between these two air flows via the partition members. The partition members comprise an air shielding sheet type material comprising a hydrophilic fiber and also including a moisture absorbent, and the air permeability (JIS P 8117) of the partition members is at least 200 seconds/100 cc.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A heat exchanger, comprising partition members respectively separated from each other by a spacing maintained by one of spacing members, the partition members facilitating circulation of two different air flows, with total enthalpy heat exchange occurring between said two air flows via said partition member, wherein said partition members are coated with a moisture absorbent comprising an alkali metal salt as a primary constituent and with no flame retardant; said spacing members are made of a flame resistant paper having a thickness of 60 to 120 μm, comprising cellulose fibers as a primary constituent, and containing a flame retardant so that the heat exchanger is made to have a flame resistance as a whole by the spacing members; said partition members are made of an air shielding sheet having a thickness of 10 to 50 μm and a porosity with an air permeability of 5000 sec/100 cc or more; and a migration rate of carbon dioxide gas is not more than 1% in the heat exchanger as a whole.
