Abstract
A zipper slide for sealing a pair of sealing tapes comprises a separating plate separating an inner space of the zipper slide to form an upper guiding slot and a lower guiding slot, a top plate formed above the upper guiding slot, and a tab connected to the top plate. The upper and lower guiding slots are communicated with each other at a rear end of the inner space, and used to guide a first sealing groove of a first sealing tape and a second sealing groove of a second sealing tape so that the first and second sealing grooves are connected with each other at the rear end of the inner space. The separating plate of the zipper slide is extended forward out of a front end of the inner space of the zipper slide to form a sealing end having an inclined surface with a substantially triangle cross-section, which tightly inserts into a slit formed between the first and second sealing grooves. Furthermore, the separating plate is extended rearward to the rear end of the inner space to form a closing end having a predetermined interval in relation to the top plate for guiding the first sealing groove to exactly slide therethrough.

a separating blade that divides an internal space of the slider into an upper guiding groove and a lower guiding groove, wherein the upper guiding groove and the lower guiding groove are joined at the inner space behind the slider so that a first zipper groove and a second zipper groove of the zipper engage with each other; a top tab disposed above the upper guiding groove, and a puller disposed directly on the top tab; a bottom tab disposed underneath the lower guiding groove, a frontal side of the separating blade extended toward a frontal edge of the slider to form a sealing end that is shaped as a slanted triangle, wherein the sealing end can be fitted tightly into a space formed between the first zipper groove and the second zipper groove.
2 . An airtight slider structure for a zipper, comprising:
a separating blade that divides an internal space of the slider into an upper guiding groove and a lower guiding groove, wherein the upper guiding groove and the lower guiding groove are joined at the inner space behind the slider so that a first zipper groove and a second zipper groove of the zipper engage with each other; a top tab disposed above the upper guiding groove, and a puller disposed directly on the top tab; a bottom tab disposed underneath the lower guiding groove, a frontal side of the separating blade extended toward a frontal edge of the slider to form a sealing end that is shaped as a slanted triangle, wherein the sealing end can be fitted tightly into a space formed between the first zipper groove and the second zipper groove, the separating blade extended backwards to form an airproof end, a height between the airproof end and the top tab allowing only the first zipper groove to slide therethrough, so that an upper surface of the first zipper groove is directly underneath the top tab while a lower surface of the first zipper groove is directly above the separating blade such that there is no space left therebetween.
3 . The airtight slider structure for the zipper of claim 2 , wherein a space is formed between the airproof end and the bottom tab, and a height of the space can allow only the second zipper groove to slide therethrough, so that an upper surface of the second zipper groove is directly underneath the separating blade, and a lower surface of the second zipper groove is directly above the bottom tab, such that there is no space left therebetween.
4 . An airtight slider structure for a zipper, comprising:
a separating blade that divides an internal space of the slider into an upper guiding groove and a lower guiding groove, wherein the upper guiding groove and the lower guiding groove are joined at the inner space behind the slider so that a first zipper groove and a second zipper groove of the zipper engage with each other; a top tab disposed above the upper guiding groove, and a puller disposed directly on the top tab; a bottom tab disposed underneath the lower guiding groove, a frontal side of the separating blade extended toward a frontal edge of the slider to form a sealing end that is shaped as a slanted triangle, wherein the sealing end can be fitted tightly into a space formed between the first zipper groove and the second zipper groove while the top tab and the bottom tab are both extended toward a frontal edge of the slider and close to a frontal edge of the sealing end.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
