Abstract

A high-efficiency dust collecting device with two gateways is connected with exits of a cover of a sand grinder and above two sanding belt rollers., composed of a first gateway set and a second gateway set, which are both formed integrally with a metallic panel and provided respectively with a first and a second arc-like panel, a first and a second blocking plate, and two first and two second dust-guiding plates. A first and a second gateway are respectively formed between the arc-like panel and the blocking plate so as to suck in the dust or the wood flour generated while grinding a workpiece. The dust or the wood flour is then sucked further to pass through the exits to the collecting device, favored by the dust-guiding plates.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A high-efficiency dust collecting device with two gateways for a sand grinder, said sand grinder composed of a main body, two sanding belt rollers located transversely across it, a conveying table installed under said sanding belt rollers and a cover that is provided with two exits cut transversely at its two sides, said dust collecting device installed under a bottom of said cover and above said sanding belt rollers, said dust collecting device connected with said exits and comprising:
a first gateway set formed integrally with a metallic panel and installed at one side of one of said sanding belt rollers corresponding to a grinding direction of said conveying table, said first gateway set composed of a first arc-like blocking panel, a first blocking plate and two first dust-guiding plates, said first arc-like blocking panel fixed corresponding to said first blocking plate, said first dust-guiding plates fixed obliquely at two sides of said first arc-like blocking panel and said first blocking plate to keep a space formed between said first arc-like blocking panel and said first blocking plate to function as a first gateway; a second gateway set formed integrally with a metallic panel and installed at one side of the other of said sanding belt rollers corresponding to a grinding direction of said conveying table, said second gateway set composed of a second arc-like blocking panel, a second blocking plate and two second dust-guiding plates, said second arc-like blocking panel fitted corresponding to said second blocking plate, said second dust-guiding plates fitted obliquely at two sides of said second arc-like blocking panel and said second blocking plate to keep a space formed between said second arc-like blocking panel and said second blocking plate to function as a second gateway; and said first gateway and said second gateway able to suck in dust or wood flour generated when said sanding belt rollers are grinding a workpiece, said dust or said wood flour then running along said first dust-guiding plate and said second dust-guiding plate through said exits to said collecting device.

2 . A high-efficiency dust collecting device with two gateways for a sand grinder as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a positioning member is formed longitudinally across two sides of said first gateway set and said second gateway set respectively, provided with two screw holes for fixing with a side bottom of said cover.

3 . A high-efficiency dust collecting device with two gateways for a sand grinder as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a connecting member is formed longitudinally on top of said first gateway set and said second gateway set, provided with a preset number of screw holes for fixing with a bottom of said cover.

4 . A high-efficiency dust collecting device with two gateways for a sand grinder as claimed in claim 1 , wherein two sides of said connecting member are cut respectively with an opening positioned to correspondingly face a lower portion of said exit.
