Abstract
A method to aggregate evaluation of at least one metric across a plurality of resources may include determining an aggregate evaluation of a selected metric for a group of resources of the plurality of resources. The method may also include adjusting the aggregate evaluation of the selected metric in response to any evaluation criteria and determining if any predetermined thresholds have been violated.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method to aggregate evaluation of at least one metric across a plurality of resources, comprising:
determining a total aggregate downtime of a plurality of groups of resources, each group of the plurality of groups comprising resources of a same type, the resources being of a different type for each group; determining a percentage of resources available during an evaluation interval; and determining if the percentage of resources available in aggregate exceeds a specified breach value.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising defining availability characteristics on individual base metrics and breach values based on a service level agreement.
3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising obtaining times of availability for each resource in a service level objective.
4 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising adjusting a new evaluation interval start time after determining if a specified breach value is exceeded.
5 . A method to aggregate evaluation of at least one metric across a plurality of resources, comprising:
determining a total aggregate downtime of a plurality of groups of resources, each group of the plurality of groups comprising resources of a same type, the resources being of a different type for each group; determining a percentage of resources unavailable during an evaluation interval; and determining if the percentage of resources unavailable in aggregate exceeds a specified breach value.
6 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising defining availability characteristics on individual base metrics and breach values based on a service level agreement.
7 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising obtaining times of unavailability for each resource in a service level objective.
8 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising adjusting a new evaluation interval start time after determining if a specified breach value is exceeded.
9 . A method to aggregate evaluation of at least one metric across a plurality of resources, comprising:
determining a total aggregate downtime of a plurality of groups of resources, each group of the plurality of groups comprising resources of a same type, the resources being of a different type for each group; determining a number of resources available during an evaluation interval; and determining if the number of resources available in aggregate exceeds a specified breach value.
10 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising defining availability characteristics on individual base metrics and breach values based on a service level agreement.
11 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising obtaining times of availability for each resource in a service level objective.
12 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising adjusting a new evaluation interval start time after determining if a specified breach value is exceeded.
13 . A method to aggregate evaluation of at least one metric across a plurality of resources, comprising:
determining a total aggregate downtime of a plurality of groups of resources, each group of the plurality of groups comprising resources of a same type, the resources being of a different type for each group; determining a number of resources unavailable during an evaluation interval; and determining if the number of resources unavailable in aggregate exceeds a specified breach value.
14 . The method of claim 13 , further comprising defining availability characteristics on individual base metrics and breach values based on a service level agreement.
15 . The method of claim 13 , further comprising obtaining times of unavailability for each resource in a service level objective.
16 . The method of claim 13 , further comprising adjusting a new evaluation interval start time after determining if a specified breach value is exceeded.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
