Abstract

The current invention is a system and a destination web site that will serve the needs of Real Estate investors in a unique way. The system has an Accelerated Depreciation of separated assets with valuation guidance tiny simple application for a real estate web application platform that serves unique functions that solve the pain points of real estate investors.
