Abstract

A light steel frame fan structure comprises a rotating disk, a fixing ring. A receiving groove is disposed on the rotating disk, an axial column is disposed in the receiving groove and a locking hole is disposed on the axial column; a hollow engaging column is projected from on surface of the fixing ring and an indentation portion indented inward is disposed on another surface of the fixing ring; the indentation portion is communicated with the through hole. When the fixing ring is to be folded with the rotating disk, the axial column of the rotating disk is passed through the through hole on the engaging column of the fixing ring, at least one bearing is placed in the indentation portion, and a locking element is then locked in the locking hole on the axial column to allow the rotating disk to be pivotally connected to the fixing ring. Whereby, the use life of the fan can be extended, the noise can be avoided and the components installment can be stabilized.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A light steel frame fan structure, comprising a base, a plurality of fan leaves, a rotating disk, a fixing ring and a cover, an axial column being disposed on said rotating disk, a locking hole being disposed on said axial column, a hollow engaging column with a thorough hole disposed thereon being projected from one surface of said fixing ring, and an indentation portion communicated with said through hole and indented inward being disposed on another surface of said fixing ring; said fixing ring being folded with said rotating disk, said axial column of said rotating disk being passed through said through hole on said engaging column of said fixing ring, at least one bearing being then placed in said indentation portion, and a locking element being looked in said locking hole on said axial column to allow said rotating disk to be pivotally connected onto said fixing ring.

2 . The light steel frame fan structure according to claim 1 , wherein at least one bearing is further put around said axial column of said rotating disk between said rotating disk and said fixing ring.

3 . The light steel frame fan structure according to claim 1 , wherein a pivotal connection seat and a plurality of supporting ribs are further disposed on said fixing ring, said supporting ribs is connected with said pivotal connection seat and a rim of said fixing ring.

4 . The light steel frame structure according to claim 3 , wherein said engaging column is projected from one surface of said pivotal connection seat, and said indentation portion is disposed on another surface of said pivotal connection seat.

5 . The light steel frame fan structure according to claim 1 , wherein a shallow groove is further disposed on said cover.

6 . The light steel frame fan structure according to claim 5 , wherein a bearing is installed in said shallow groove.
