. The container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said frame includes a peripheral bulge extended upwardly therefrom for engaging onto said lower portion of said container member, and includes a peripheral rib extended radially and inwardly therefrom for forming said upper peripheral shoulder therein and for receiving said lower portion of said container member.

. The container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said frame includes a lower peripheral shoulder formed therein for receiving said bottom board.

. The container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said base plate includes at least one screw hole formed therein, and said bottom board includes at least one orifice formed therein and aligned with said at least one screw hole of said base plate for receiving a fastener therein.

. The container as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said container member includes an opened upper portion, a ring member includes a peripheral fence engaged into said opened upper portion of said container member.

. The container as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said base plate includes at least one stud extended therefrom and having said at least one screw hole formed in said at least one stud.

. The container as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said bottom board includes at least one stud extended therefrom and having said at least one orifice formed through said at least one stud.

. The container as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a toilet brush selectively engaged into said chamber of said container member.

. The container as claimed in claim 8 , wherein a ring member includes a peripheral fence engaged into said container member and includes an inner peripheral shoulder formed therein, said toilet brush includes a brush member disposed on a shank, and a cover having an aperture formed therein for detachably attaching to said shank and for engaging with said inner peripheral shoulder of said container member and for blocking said container member.

. The container as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a toilet sucker selectively engaged into said chamber of said container member.

. The container as claimed in claim 10 , wherein a ring member includes a peripheral fence engaged into said container member and includes an inner peripheral shoulder formed therein, said toilet sucker includes a sucker member disposed on a shank, and a cover having an aperture formed therein for detachably attaching to said shank and for engaging with said inner peripheral shoulder of said container member and for blocking said container member.

. The container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a cushioning pad is attached onto a bottom portion of said bottom board and said frame.
