Abstract

A handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox comprises: a handle; and an enclosing set enclosing the handle; the enclosing set having a left enclosing sheet and a right enclosing sheet; each of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet having an embedding portion for engaging with the handle so as to enhance the structure of the handle. Shapes, sizes and structures of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet are identical. Outer sides of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet have various colors. The enclosing set is made of plastics or steel. Each of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet has a plurality of screw holes.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox comprising:
 a handle;   an enclosing set enclosing the handle; the enclosing set having a left enclosing sheet and a right enclosing sheet; each of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet having an embedding portion for engaging with the handle so as to enhance the structure of the handle.   
     
     
         2 . The handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein shapes, sizes and structures of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet are identical. 
     
     
         3 . The handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the embedding portions have the effect of engagement. 
     
     
         4 . The handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein outer sides of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet have various colors. 
     
     
         5 . The handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the enclosing set is made of plastics. 
     
     
         6 . The handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the enclosing set is made of steel. 
     
     
         7 . The handle enclosing assembly of a toolbox as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein each of the left enclosing sheet and right enclosing sheet has a plurality of screw holes.
