Floating washers game

Abstract

A floatable device for use in a body of water having an open-topped washer box with a cylindrical cup therein. A tether is attached to the washer box at one end and a weight at the other. A plurality of washers are also provided. The washer box has buoyant exterior walls. The buoyant exterior walls are adapted to keep a top of the washer box above a water line of the body of water. The cylindrical cup within the buoyant exterior walls is mounted to a floor of the washer box. The length of the tether is sufficient to allow the weight to contact a surface beneath the body of water.

1 . A floatable device for use in a body of water comprising:
 an open-topped washer box comprising buoyant exterior walls, the buoyant exterior walls adapted to keep a top of the washer box above a water line of the body of water;   a cylindrical cup within the buoyant exterior walls mounted to a floor of the washer box;   a tether associated with the washer box at one end and a weight attached to the tether at the other end, the length of the tether being sufficient to allow the weight to contact a surface beneath the body of water; and   a plurality of washers.   
   
   
       2 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the buoyant exterior walls comprises a buoyant foam material. 
   
   
       3 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the buoyant exterior walls comprises an inflatable tube. 
   
   
       4 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the buoyant exterior wall comprises a plurality of tubular walls stacked upon one another. 
   
   
       5 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the cup comprises a flexible material. 
   
   
       6 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the cup comprises a rigid material. 
   
   
       7 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the floor comprises a flexible sheet of material. 
   
   
       8 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the floor comprises a buoyant foam material. 
   
   
       9 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the floor comprises a rigid material. 
   
   
       10 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the floor comprises a buoyant foam material. 
   
   
       11 . A floatable device for use in a body of water comprising:
 an open-topped washer box comprising a buoyant washer box having exterior walls, the buoyant washer box adapted to keep a top of the washer box above a water line of the body of water;   a cylindrical cup within the buoyant washer box mounted to a rigid floor of the washer box;   a tether associated with the washer box at one end and a weight attached to the tether at the other end, the length of the tether being sufficient to allow the weight to contact a surface beneath the body of water; and   a plurality of washers.   
   
   
       12 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the exterior walls comprise a buoyant foam material. 
   
   
       13 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the exterior walls comprise an inflatable tube. 
   
   
       14 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the exterior walls comprises a plurality of buoyant walls stacked upon one another. 
   
   
       15 . The floatable device of  claim 1  wherein the cup comprises a flexible material.

       17 . A floatable device for use in a body of water comprising:
 an open-topped washer box comprising a buoyant washer box having exterior walls, the buoyant washer box adapted to keep a top of the washer box above a water line of the body of water, the exterior walls comprising a pair of exterior walls stacked upon one another and comprising a buoyant foam material;   a rigid cylindrical cup within the buoyant washer box mounted to a rigid floor of the washer box;   a tether associated with the washer box at one end and a weight attached to the tether at the other end, the length of the tether being sufficient to allow the weight to contact a surface beneath the body of water; and   a plurality of washers.
