Mounts for mounting ornaments on corrugated core panels

Abstract

Mounts for mounting ornaments and decorations on corrugated core twinwall panels having core openings, which mounts are designed for insertion in the core openings and displaying various ornaments and decorations for attracting attention to advertising or other indicia on the front and/or rear twinwall panels. The mounts are designed to typically display thin “Mylar”™ plastic decorations and tassels, ribbons, streamers and other attachments, decorations, attractive items and ornaments of various material and design, attached to stems for attracting the attention of passersby. Each of the mounts is characterized in one embodiment by one or more engaging leg or peg for insertion in the twinwall panel core openings, a peg mount attached to the peg, a mount leg or legs extending from the peg mount, and one or more stems provided on the peg mount and/or mount leg or legs, for removably receiving and securing the various ornaments and decorations on the twinwall panel. In another embodiment the stem or stems are attached directly to the peg mount or peg and receive the ornament or ornaments.

1 . An ornament mount for supporting an ornament on a corrugated core panel comprising at least one panel-engaging peg for engaging the corrugated core panel and at least one ornament-engaging stem extending from said peg for receiving and supporting the ornament.

The ornament mount of  claim 1  comprising a peg mount extending from said peg, at least one ornament mount leg provided on said peg mount and wherein said at least one ornament-engaging stem comprises at least one mount leg stem provided on said ornament mount leg for receiving the ornament and securing the ornament to said ornament mount leg.

The ornament mount of  claim 2  wherein said at least one ornament mount leg comprises a plurality of ornament mount legs provided on said peg mount and said at least one mount leg stem comprises a plurality of mount leg stems provided on said ornament mount legs, respectively, for receiving selected ones of the ornament. 
   
   
       4 . The ornament mount of  claim 2  comprising at least one peg mount stem provided on said peg mount for receiving and securing selected ones of the ornament to said peg mount. 
   
   
       5 . The ornament mount of  claim 4  wherein said at least one ornament mount leg comprises a plurality of ornament mount legs provided on said peg mount and said at least one mount leg stem comprises a plurality of mount leg stems provided on said ornament mount legs, respectively, for receiving selected ones of the ornament.

The ornament mount of  claim 1  comprising a peg mount extending from said peg and wherein said at least one ornament-engaging stem comprises at least one ornament mount leg extending from said peg mount and at least one ornament attachment stub provided on said ornament mount leg for receiving and supporting the ornament. 
   
   
       7 . An ornament mount for supporting ornaments on a corrugated core twinwall panel comprising a peg mount; at least one peg provided on said peg mount for engaging the panel; and at least one peg mount stem extending from said peg mount for receiving and securing selected ones of the ornaments on said peg mount. 
   
   
       8 . The ornament mount of  claim 7  comprising at least one ornament mount leg provided on said peg mount and at least one mount leg stem provided on said ornament mount leg for receiving selected ones of said ornaments and securing the ornaments to said ornament mount leg. 
   
   
       9 . The ornament mount of  claim 8  wherein said mount leg stem is flexible. 
   
   
       10 . An ornament mount for mounting ornaments on a corrugated core twinwall panel comprising a peg mount; at least one peg extending from said peg mount for engaging the panel; at least one peg mount stem provided on said peg mount for receiving at least one of the ornaments; at least one ornament mount leg provided on said peg mount; and at least one ornament-engaging stem projecting from said ornament mount leg for receiving and supporting at least one of the ornaments. 
   
   
       11 . The ornament mount of  claim 10  wherein said peg mount stem and said ornament-engaging stem are flexible. 
   
   
       12 . The ornament mount of  claim 10  comprising at least one ornament attachment stub provided on said ornament mount leg for receiving and supporting at least one of the ornaments.
