Abstract
A medical examination gown designed to alleviate the necessity of removing the entire gown in order to permit routine and other medical examination procedures. The gown comprises of a conventional medical gown in varying sizes with a conventional rear tie closure; however also comprising closable flap-like openings at various other locations, including, but not limited to the breast, abdomen, and back.

a. an opening in the front; b. a flap covering the opening; and c. a securing means that allows the flap to be attached to the main front of the gown, wherein a portion of the chest of a patient can be revealed by folding back the flap.
2 . The medical examination gown of claim 1 , wherein the gown provides an opening in the proper location for breast feeding, breast and chest examinations, and chest treatments.
