Gaming apparatus and playing method thereof
Abstract
A gaming apparatus according to the present invention comprises a roulette wheel including a plurality of pockets associated with respective numbers in advance; a first memory for storing a plurality of control data for controlling the gaming apparatus so as to provide different weights on probabilities that a ball is housed in each of the pockets; a second memory for storing a plurality of pattern data, each of pattern data indicating a pattern of determining a control data out of the plurality of control data, as a reference target; and a controller, the controller programmed to conduct the processes of: (a) controlling rotation of the roulette wheel and launching of the ball by referring to a single control data extracted from the plurality of control data, based on a single pattern data, the single pattern data determined as a reference target pattern out of the plurality of pattern data; (b) extracting, when a predetermined condition is satisfied, a control data which is to be the reference target from a plurality of control data, based on the single pattern data; (c) calculating a payout ratio indicating a ratio of the currency value paid out to a player to the currency value paid by the player; and (d) determining a pattern data different from the single pattern data, out of the plurality of pattern data, as the reference target pattern, when the payout ratio exceeds a predetermined value.
