Beverage indicating container

Abstract

A liquid-container assembly for indicating the contents contained therein is provided. The assembly preferably includes a liquid-container body for holding liquid, with a horizontal base and an outer wall structure extending upwardly from the base, where an upper portion of the wall defines an open top rim; a plurality of liquid-indicia being disposed about the periphery of the outer wall of the container body; a lid covering the open top rim of the assembly; and a sleeve which snugly covers the outer portion of the container. The sleeve has a window, which may be used to display one of the liquid-indicia, and therefore, visually displays the contents contained in the liquid-container.

1 . A liquid-container assembly, comprising:
 a container with a horizontal base;   a wall structure extending upwardly from the base, where the upper portion of the wall defines an open top;   a plurality of liquid-indicia markings disposed on a periphery of the wall structure of the container;   a movable sleeve disposed on the outer part of the container body, wherein a portion of the sleeve includes a window, for alignment with at least one of the liquid-indicia markings, by the user, for indicating the contents of the container.   
   
   
       2 . The liquid-container assembly of  claim 1 , wherein a lid is provided for covering the open top of the said container. 
   
   
       3 . The liquid-container assembly of  claim 1 , wherein multiple of sleeves are provided for indicating the contents of the container. 
   
   
       4 . A sleeve for use with a liquid-container, the liquid container including a container with a horizontal base, a wall extending upwardly from the base, an upper portion of the wall defining an open top, and a plurality of liquid-indicia markings are disposed on an outer periphery of the wall structure of the container, the sleeve comprising:
 a frustoconical body having an inner diameter slightly greater than an outer diameter of the wall of the container to snugly cover an outer portion of the wall of the container;   and a window extending through the body of the sleeve;   wherein the window aligns with at least one of the liquid-indicia markings, for indicating the contents of the container.   
   
   
       5 . The sleeve of  claim 3 , wherein the window has a rectangular shape. 
   
   
       6 . The sleeve of  claim 3 , further comprising plurality of the windows, at least one for indicating a beverage type, and the other for indicating additives to the beverage.
