The swimming pools, observation lots, orchards, children centers, aquarium, jet-yacht station, parking lots, ramps, elevators, infrastructures are combined with regular transportation and architectural means of civil bridges into an integrated system. This proposal provides much shorter and faster rate period of investment returns by effective and full serving for customers and owners with natural unique substance and attractive utilities of new and reconstructed civil bridges, which could be converted into well-desired and high-profit structures.

3 . The utilities of claim 1 wherein said blocks, each including several floors-levels, are located atop, and in the middle, and in water zone of the bridge tower.
4 . The floor-levels of claim 3 can be either static and slow rotating by detail design.
5 . The utilities of claim 1 wherein said multilevel blocks of the bridge tower can preferably include:
hydrodynamic closed loop turbosets-self-boosters by patent application Ser. No. 11/399,611 filed Apr. 07 2006 as efficient sources of electric power; dynamic natural heaters by patent application Ser. No. 11/373,678 filed Mar. 13 2006, as efficient poly purpose heating devices; ring jet propulsors by patent application Ser. No. 11/581,271 filed Oct. 16 2006, as effective water jet propelling units for motorboats of the tower yacht-station.
6 . The bridge tower vast utilities including means of anti-resonance combined defense and stability with various self-dampening during any possible forced oscillations caused by gusty winds, traffic vibroloads and local earthquakes, and comprising:
an assembly of vertical trunks forming a joint tower column, and polyflexible foundation structure, and kits of cross diagonal, preferably steel, guy cable ropes connected to torsion bars.
7 . The utilities of claim 6 wherein said assembly comprises trunks with different mutual orientation, cross-section dimensions, and masses, thus providing substantially different natural frequencies of own free vibrations for any adjacent trunk in joint tower column.
8 . The trunks of claim 7 are vertically hole, with cross ribs and include spaces for ramps, elevators, parking stalls, and infrastructure facilities by detail design.
9 . The trunks of claim 7 include multiple loaf-curved springs located in recess-pockets at various heights of the trunks to provide flexible and self-dampening connections among any adjacent trunks into joint column.
10 . The utilities of claim 6 wherein said polyflexible foundation structure comprises:
at least two plates with plane surfaces and gap rooms for flexible connections of upper plate: with tower joint column; and with lower plate.
11 . The polyflexible foundation of claim 10 includes curved leaf springs placed around said plates in gap rooms between:
upper plate and joint column structure, and upper and lower plates.
