1 . A method of processing a video comprising: 
 (a) a service provider identifying a plurality of hierarchically arranged summaries of said video;    (b) a service provider receiving a request for one of said summaries from a remote user and identifying a text-based description of the user-selected one of said plurality of summaries, said description generated by reference to the user-selected one of said plurality of summaries and including information other than a transcript of audio associated with said video; and    (c) said service provider providing the user-selected one of said plurality of summaries and said description to said remote user.    
   
   
       2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein said description is generated after said user requests one of said summaries.
