Abstract

An upper body tent structure is disclosed, which is capable of partially receiving an upper body of a human, so that a carry and storage are easy, and it is possible to effectively protect an upper body from insects such as mosquito, fly, etc. when taking a rest or sleep while enjoying leisure sports at outdoor in a state that an upper clothes is taken off. The upper body tent structure comprises a body which has a certain inner space for receiving an upper body of a human and maintains a semi-spherical shape based on a support member and has an anti-insect net on an outer surface of the same; and an opening which communicates with one side of the body and has a certain sealing means at the end of the same.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . In a tent structure for partially protecting an upper body of a human, an upper body tent structure, comprising:
a body which has a certain inner space for receiving an upper body of a human and maintains a semi-spherical shape based on a support member and has an anti-insect net on an outer surface of the same; and an opening which communicates with one side of the body and has a certain sealing means at the end of the same.

2 . The structure of claim 1 , wherein said support member is provided by at least one and is fabricated separately, with an engaging pipe being provided at the opposite ends of the support member and being connected with each other.

3 . The structure of claim 1 , wherein said support member is provided by at least one and is fabricated separately, with a rotation plate rotating at regular angles being provided at the opposite ends of the support member by a stop groove and a stop pin, and with the rotation plates being engaged about the hinge and being foldable.

4 . The structure of claim 1 , further comprising a zipper formed in a horizontal direction or in a streamline shape near the anti-insect net provided at the body.

5 . The structure of claim 1 , wherein said sealing means installed at the ends of the opening is formed of one among an elastic band such as rubber and a fixing band having a fixing member.

6 . The structure of claim 1 , wherein the shape of the bottom surface of the body is one selected among a rectangular shape, a trapezoid shape and a hexagonal shape.

7 . The structure of claim 1 , further comprising a semi-spherical shadow ply of which lower side is open for receiving the upper side of the body.

8 . The structure of claim 1 , further comprising a sub-ply having a close contact protrusion at a lower surface of the same near the bottom surface of the body.

9 . The structure of claim 1 , wherein an engagement member having a step part is formed at the end of the support member, and a fixing clip is detachably attached to the step part of the engagement part, with one side of the same being opened, and with the fixing clip having a certain elastic force.
