Sleeved and the like mirrored containers for chewing gum and other oral-products

Abstract

An oral-product container assembly is disclosed that includes: a) a substantially rigid sleeve having a window in one side face and a mirror contained therein; b) an insert containing a plurality of oral-products; c) said insert being movable between a stored position in which said insert obstructs a view of said mirror through said window and a dispensing position in which said insert reveals said mirror through said window.

1 . An oral-product container assembly for chewing gum or other oral products, comprising: 
 a) a substantially rigid sleeve having a window in one side face and a mirror contained therein;    b) an insert containing a plurality of oral-products;    c) said insert being movable between a stored position in which said insert obstructs a view of said mirror through said window and a dispensing position in which said insert reveals said mirror through said window.    
     
     
         2 . The container assembly of  claim 1 , wherein said substantially rigid sleeve is made of metal.  
     
     
         3 . The container assembly of  claim 1 , wherein said oral-product includes gum.  
     
     
         4 . The container assembly of  claim 3 , wherein said substantially rigid sleeve is made of metal.  
     
     
         5 . The container assembly of  claim 1 , wherein said oral-product includes flavors from the group consisting of: peppermint; spearmint; other mint flavors; wintergreen; cinnamon; licorice; citric flavors; sour flavors; and herbal or spice flavors.  
     
     
         6 . The container assembly of  claim 3 , wherein said gum includes a plurality of gum pieces contained within individually wrapped blister pockets.  
     
     
         7 . An container body, comprising: 
 a) a substantially rigid sleeve having a window in one side face and a mirror contained therein;    b) said sleeve being configured so as to receive an insert containing a plurality of oral-products, such that said insert is movable between a stored position in which said insert obstructs a view of said mirror through said window and a dispensing position in which said insert reveals said mirror through said window.    
     
     
         8 . The container assembly of  claim 7 , wherein said substantially rigid sleeve is made of metal.  
     
     
         9 . A method of using the container body of  claim 7 , comprising: sliding an insert containing a plurality of chewing gum into said sleeve between a stored position in which said insert obstructs a view of said mirror through said window and a dispensing position in which said insert reveals said mirror through said window.
