The back assembly has a pair of vertical length-adjustable members and hooks for attaching to the side of a swimming pool at the top. The back assembly also has a flexible cover secured between each vertical member. The seat assembly and back assembly are connected with a hinge so that the combined assembly can fold together for storage.
