Three-in-one water-supply pipe system with accessories
Abstract
This invention provides a three-in-one water-supply pipe with accessories for quality-distinguished distribution of domestic water. This pipe contains three pipes arranged in a triangular combination to supply drinkable water, service water and recycled water at the same time. The diameter and thickness of the pipe walls of the three pipes depend on required water-supply volume and pressure. The accessories, including triangle shaped straight pipe, straight joint, 90-175 degree bending joint, tee joint and pipe clip are all made of contamination-free material, which can be assembled into a multi-pipe delivering system for separate supply of different domestic water to users. This three-in-one pipe system reduces manufacturing costs and provides good heat insulation to save energy. It is also easy for installation and maintenance.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A three-in-one multi-pipe system for quality-distinguished supply of water, including water processing equipment, pipes valves, meters and pipe network, wherein said three-in-one multi-pipe system comprises:
three pipes arranged with a cross section having three circles adjacent to each other to form a triangular arranged multi-pipe system; a “Y” shaped inserting board with arc surfaces matching a part of external perimeters of said three pipes separating said three pipes and accommodation said three pipes into multi-pipe system; wherein said three pipes are either straight pipes or coiled pipes; said pipes are made by contamination-free materials with diameter or size and thickness of walls vary depend on water-supply volume and pressure according to national standard modulus; by which source water can be separately distributed as drinkable water, service water and recycled water.

The three-in-one multi-pipe system in claim 1 further comprising a triangle-shaped straight joint, a 90-175 degree bending joint and a tee joint for connecting main pipes and shunt pipes into a pipe network, and a triangular shaped pipe clip for fixing the multi-pipe system to a building or a structure.
3 . The three-in-one multi-pipe system in claim 2 wherein said triangle-shaped straight joint, 90-175 degree bending joint and tee joint comprises:
three inner tunnels matching the size of said three pipes, arc surface as external walls; and a “Y”-shaped middle insulation part with streamlined ends flushed with said arc surface of external walls; where each of said three inner tunnels has close fit socket-and-spigot ends with a cut-off step having similar thickness as of the walls of said three pipes at inner side of the external walls to make it easy to insert said three pipe at same depth into to the joints.
4 . The three-in-one multi-pipe system in claim 3 , further comprising
a Y-shaped slot is provided at an end of said “Y” inserting board of said three pipes; and a Y-shaped protruding flange is provided at an end of said joints; where said Y-shaped flange is of the shape to mate with said Y-shaped slot to prevent water leaking.
5 . The three-in-one multi-pipe system in claim 2 wherein said 90-175 degree bending joint is either sideway bending to left or right with respect to one of said three pipes, or headway bending outward or inward with respect to one of said three pipes.
6 . The three-in-one multi-pipe system in claim 2 , where the triangular shaped pipe clip comprises:
a plastic or stainless steed strap with a fixed lower part and a bendable upper part having a length enough to wrap around said three pipes; one or more bolts provided on said fixed part of said strap to attach to a building; a fixing mean on said bendable upper part of said strap; and one or more plastic plates having two grooves with a shape matching external surfaces at one side of said triangular-positioned multi-pipe system; wherein said plastic plate is bonded to the fixed lower part of said strap so that said three pipes can be held in position by wrapping said upper bendable part around said pipes and fastening by said fixing mean with lower fixed part of said strap.
7 . The three-in-one multi-pipe system in claim 1 , wherein said three pipes, the inserting board, and the joints are all made by contamination-free materials and are combined together by means of bonding, sealing and wiring together to form a pressure-stabilized multi-pipe system.
8 . The three-in-one multi-pipe system in claim 1 , further comprising plastic foam cover as heat insulation layer covering said three pipes and joints; and a 36V power heating membrane underneath the heat insulation layer to heat up said pipes and joints.
9 . A multi-pipe water-supply system for quality-distinguished supply of water comprising:
two pipes forming a multi-pipe system; a “I” shaped inserting board separating said two pipes; a triangle-shaped straight joint; a 90-175 degree bending joint; a tee joint for connecting main pipes and shunt pipes into a pipe network; and a pipe clip for fixing the multi-pipe system to a building or a structure; by which source water can be separately distributed as drinkable water and service water.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
