Abstract

Ultra Fresh Way Toilet consists of a toilet seat having an inner seat rim with a plurality of vents located on the inner seat rim, a vent fan attached to the toilet seat via a vent hose and a toilet bowl having inner bowl rim with at least one bowl vent located on the inner bowl rim. When a motion activated switch or another mechanism is activated, the vent fan starts sucking gas odors through the plurality of vents on the inner seat rim of the toilet seat through an exhaust manifold and into a vent hose and away from the toilet.

1 . A toilet comprising:
 (a) a toilet seat having an inner seat rim with at least one seat vent located on said inner seat rim;   (b) a vent fan attached to the toilet seat via a vent hose connected to a vent connector:   said vent connector further connected to the exhaust manifold on the opposite end of the vent hose connection;   (c) a toilet bowl having inner bowl rim with at least one bowl vent located on the inner bowl; and   a motion sensor operable to activate the vent fan.   
     
     
         2 . The toilet of  claim 1  wherein the toilet seat includes an exhaust manifold operably connected to said seat vent. 
     
     
         3 . The toilet of  claim 2  wherein said seat vent extends from said inner seat rim to said exhaust manifold.

         6 . A toilet seat for a toilet comprising:
 (a) an oval and donut shaped seat body having a seat opening, an inner seat rim and an outer seat rim;   (b)   (b) an exhaust manifold within said seat body;   (c) one or more seat vents located on said inner seat rim and extending from said inner seat rim to said exhaust manifold; and a vent hose connector located on said outer seat rim and extending from said outer seat rim to said exhaust manifold;   (d) a vent hose connected to the vent fan;   (e) a vent fan having a an opening on the front that accepts the vent hose and an opening on the back that connects to a standard plumbing vent in the interior of the wall; and   (f) a motion sensor operable to activate said vent fan.
