Abstract

A thermo-preserving container includes a body and a cone-shaped cap. The body consists of an annular inner wall and an annular outer wall, with an annular empty space defined between the inner and the outer wall for filling coolant therein through an intake bored in a bottom of the body. The intake is inserted with a stopper to keep the coolant in the annular empty space. The body has an inner empty space surrounded by the annular inner wall. The cone-shaped cap is provided with an annular connect member in a bottom end to threadably combined with the connect member of the body to combine the cap with the body. Then a drink or a wine in a bottle can be kept in the thermo-preserving container in a cooled condition, preserving the drink or wine to taste comparatively cool and fresh.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A thermo-preserving container comprising:
a body consisting of an annular inner wall and an annular outer wall, an annular empty space defined between said annular inner wall and said annular outer wall, an intake provided in a bottom of said body communicating with said annular empty space, a coolant filled in said annular empty space through said intake, a stopper inserted in said intake, said body further provided with an annular connect member and an inner empty space surrounded by said annular inner wall; and, a cone-shaped cap provided with an annular connect member formed in its bottom end, and an inner empty space surrounded by an annular cone-shaped wall.

2 . The thermo-preserving container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said coolant is a mixer of a sterilizer (LXE), an anti-fungi agent (XB-2, NUBRIME) and water.

3 . The thermo-preserving container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said annular connect member of said body is provided with female threads on its inner upper end.

4 . The thermo-preserving container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an annular decorative member is provided in an outer portion of said upper end of said body, made of different material or colored differently from said body.

5 . The thermo-preserving container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said cone-shaped cap is provided with a grip hole on an upper end.

6 . The thermo-preserving container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said annular connect member of said cone-shaped cap is provided with an annular connect edge on its upper end integral with said annular decorative member.

7 . The thermo-preserving container as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said annular connect member of said cap is provided with male threads.
