Baseball catcher adjustable seat with attached moving protective barrier and leg guards with detachable under-seat carrier/storage device

Abstract

This is a new padded adjustable seat with attached movable protective see-through screen barrier, and removable leg guards, as to guard the seated person from serious injury, from objects, such as baseballs propelled at the seated person behind the see-through movable guard, by human or machine generated inertia. Variable degrees of lateral movement of the attached see-through barrier enable the seated person to extend outward reached arm and hand, with or without a baseball glove over the hand, with minimal effort as to move the see-through guard with the arm across body and in front of the barrier. The barrier screen will return to original upright oriented position. The see-through barrier, having adjustable receptors, would enable additional attachments as to provide additional protective surface area.

1 . A new see-through movable protective barrier attached to the seating device with spring mechanism enabling barrier to return to upright position;
 a. a see-through barrier composed of such a strong material, as to protect a seated person from serious injury, from objects propelled with inertia created by human or machine origin, traveling up to 100 miles per hour;   b. an attached movable see-through barrier easily moved laterally in left or rightward orientation of the seated person behind the barrier, returning to the original upright position by spring mechanism, having lower side receptors as to accept removable additional guards   c. the legs of the protective barrier chair of  claim 1  would be adjustable telescopically   d. the legs of the protective barrier chair of  claim 1  would have a removable lower storage area   e. the legs of the protective barrier chair of  claim 1  would have optional removable fittings to accept removable device that would hold an electronic radar detecting device as to measure the speed of on-coming propelled ball at the seated person   f. the legs of the protective barrier chair of  claim 1  could fold inward for ease of storage and transporting the device   g. the spring device mounting the protective screen barrier to the chair could have a pivot hinge at a ninety degree angle to the axis of the spring, enabling the screen to fold towards the bench of the seat for ease of storage or transporting this device   
   
   
       2 . The protective barrier would be constructed from rigid durable lightweight tubing that could be composed of various materials strong enough to support the structure attached to the spring hinge and the chair
 2a. the tubing of  claim 2  would be covered with padding material as to make contact with the body softer to the touch   2b. the main screening structure of  claim 2  would be composed of such durable flexible material as not to be broken through after being struck with a baseball propelled up to 100 miles per hour
