Abstract

An exhaust pipe structure improvement includes a bifurcation pipe, a first muffling pipe, a second muffling pipe, a control device and a heat-insulating block. One end of the bifurcation pipe is divided into a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe, the first muffling pipe and the second muffling pipe are separately connected with the first branch pipe and the second branch pipe of the bifurcation pipe, the second muffling pipe has a valve piece therein. The control device is installed on one side of the second muffling pipe for controlling the valve piece to open or close an exhaust section of the second muffling pipe, and the heat-insulating block is clipped between the control device and the second muffling pipe for controlling the control device without easily being burnt out and effectively controlling exhaust volume of the exhaust pipe so as to increase practicability of the exhaust pipe.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An exhaust pipe structure improvement, comprising:
a bifurcation pipe, having one end formed with a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe; a first muffling pipe, having one end connected with the first branch pipe of the bifurcation pipe; a second muffling pipe, having one end connected with the second branch pipe of the bifurcation pipe and the second muffling pipe having a valve piece disposed therein; a control device, installed on one side of the second muffling pipe for controlling the valve piece to open or close an exhaust section of the second muffling pipe; and a heat-insulating block clipped between the control device and the second muffling pipe.

2 . The exhaust pipe structure improvement as in claim 1 , wherein the first muffling pipe has two pipe housings; a flow region is formed between the two pipe housings, the two pipe housings respectively forms a plurality of muffling holes at a pipe wall thereof near the flow region; two stainless steel wools, respectively covering the muffling holes; an outer pipe surrounding the stainless steel wools; a front partition plate and a rear partition plate, respectively connected with the two pipe housings in the outer pipe; fiberglass wool, stuffed between the front partition plate and the rear partition plate; and a tail pipe, connecting with another end of the first muffling pipe.

3 . The exhaust pipe structure improvement as in claim 1 , wherein the second muffling pipe has an inner pipe, having a plurality of muffling holes formed in a middle pipe wall thereof and the valve piece is disposed in the middle of the inner pipe; and a tail pipe, connecting with another end of the inner pipe.

4 . The exhaust pipe structure improvement as in claim 3 , wherein the second muffling pipe further comprising: a stainless steel wool covering the muffling holes; an outer pipe surrounding the middle of the inner pipe; and a fiberglass wool stuffed in the outer pipe.

5 . The exhaust pipe structure improvement as in claim 1 , wherein the valve piece forms a plurality of open holes.

6 . The exhaust pipe structure improvement as in claim 1 , wherein the control device is disposed close to the heat-insulating block and is protruded with a shaft, and the shaft passes through the heat-insulating block and extends into the second muffling pipe to connect with the valve piece.

7 . The exhaust pipe structure improvement as in claim 1 , wherein the control device further comprising a switch connected by a conducting wire.

8 . The exhaust pipe structure improvement as in claim 1 , wherein the heat-insulating block is made of heat-resisting material.

9 . The exhaust pipe structure improvement as in claim 8 , wherein the heat-resisting material is bakelite.

10 . The exhaust pipe structure improvement as in claim 1 , further comprising a placed base fixed on an outer side of the second muffling pipe, and the heat-insulating block disposed on the placed base.
