Abstract

Disclosed is a construction equipment in which excavation and loading functions can be performed by one work equipment without any degradation of performance to remarkably reduce the expenses of the equipment and its size. The construction equipment having excavation and loading functions is constructed in such a manner that a work equipment comprised of at least one link member, the link member being connected by a hinge and provided with fixed pin holes, is provided at a predetermined position above a main equipment traveled by a crawler or a wheel, so as to be used as an excavator and a loader.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A construction equipment having excavation and loading functions characterized in that a work equipment comprised of at least one link member, the link member being connected by a hinge and provided with fixed pin holes, is provided at a predetermined position above a main equipment traveled by a crawler or a wheel, so as to be used as an excavator and a loader.

2 . The construction equipment according to claim 1 , wherein the work equipment includes:
a pivot portion rotatably provided at an upper portion of the main equipment; a boom rotatably provided up and down as its one end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the pivot portion; a boom cylinder provided to rotate the boom within a stroke of a predetermined length as its one end is fixed to a predetermined position of the pivot portion and its other end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the boom; a first arm rotatably provided up and down as its one end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the boom; a first arm cylinder provided to rotate the first arm within a stroke of a predetermined length as its one end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the boom and its other end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the first arm; a second arm rotatably provided up and down as its one end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the first arm; a second arm cylinder provided to rotate the second arm within a stroke of a predetermined length as its one end is fixed to a predetermined position of the first arm and its other end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the second arm; a bucket holder rotatably provided up and down as its one end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the second arm; a bucket cylinder provided to rotate the bucket holder within a stroke of a predetermined length as its one end is fixed to a predetermined position of the second arm and its other end is fixed to the bucket holder; an excavating bucket of which one end is fixed to a predetermined position of the bucket holder and the other end is rotatably fixed to the bucket cylinder at a predetermined angle; a first fixed pin hole formed to communicate with a predetermined position of the pivot portion and a predetermined position below the boom; a second fixed pin hole formed to communicate with a predetermined position above the boom and a predetermined position below the first arm; a third fixed pin hole formed to communicate with a predetermined position above the first arm and a predetermined position below the second arm; and a first fixed pin inserted into the second fixed pin hole to control the operation of the first cylinder.

3 . The construction equipment according to claim 1 , wherein the work equipment includes:
a pivot portion rotatably provided at an upper portion of the main equipment; a boom rotatably provided up and down as its one end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the pivot portion; a boom cylinder provided to rotate the boom within a stroke of a predetermined length as its one end is fixed to a predetermined position of the pivot portion and its other end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the boom; a first arm rotatably provided up and down as its one end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the boom; a first arm cylinder provided to rotate the first arm within a stroke of a predetermined length as its one end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the boom and its other end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the first arm; a second arm rotatably provided up and down as its one end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the first arm; a second arm cylinder provided to rotate the second arm within a stroke of a predetermined length as its one end is fixed to a predetermined position of the first arm and its other end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the second arm; a bucket holder rotatably provided up and down as its one end is rotatably fixed to a predetermined position of the second arm; a bucket cylinder provided to rotate the bucket holder within a stroke of a predetermined length as its one end is fixed to a predetermined position of the second arm and its other end is fixed to the bucket holder; a loading bucket of which one end is fixed to a predetermined position of the bucket holder and the other end is rotatably fixed to the bucket cylinder at a predetermined angle; a first fixed pin hole formed to communicate with a predetermined position of the pivot portion and a predetermined position below the boom; a second fixed pin hole formed to communicate with a predetermined position above the boom and a predetermined position below the first arm; a third fixed pin hole formed to communicate with a predetermined position above the first arm and a predetermined position below the second arm; a second fixed pin inserted into the first fixed pin hole to control the operation of the boom cylinder; and a third fixed pin inserted into the third fixed pin hole to control the operation of the second arm cylinder.
