Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Seed of a corn variety designated DE811ASR(BC5), a representative sample of which has been deposited as ATCC accession number PTA-7434.
. A plant produced from the seed of claim 1 .
. A plant cell of the plant of claim 2 .
. A progeny seed derived from the seed of claim 1 , in which the progeny seed, when grown, exhibits resistance to Colletotrichum infection.
. A plant produced from the progeny seed of claim 4 , in which the plant exhibits resistance to Colletotrichum infection.
. A plant cell of the plant of claim 5 .
. A method of producing hybrid seed comprising crossing the plant of claim 2 with a different corn plant, and harvesting the resultant seed.
. The method of claim 7 in which the resultant seed produces a plant that exhibits resistance to Colletotrichum infection.
. The method of claim 7 in which the different corn plant is a plant of an inbred line.
. The method of claim 9 in which the resultant seed produces a plant that exhibits resistance to Colletotrichum infection.
