Pasty Or Gel-Type Product Dispenser Having A Body Comprising A Sheath And An Inner Reservoir

Abstract

The invention concerns a dispenser of doses of pasty or gel-type product comprising a body and means for delivering the product without air intake, the delivery means including an elastic return compression element and a closing sliding element mounted in the body to delimit a chamber for compressing the product, the body including a tubular outer side wall forming a sheath and enclosing a generally cylindrical inner side wall forming a reservoir, the sheath and the reservoir being arranged along a common axis, the reservoir having a circular envelope about the axis, the compression element and the closure element being mounted at least partly inside the reservoir, the dispenser comprising means for assembling the reservoir and the sheath and means for radially locking the reservoir inside the sheath.

A dispenser of pasty or gel product doses comprising a generally cylindrical body comprising at least partially open upper and lower ends and product delivering means without air vents, said product delivering means comprising a spring-return compression element and a sliding shutter mounted tightly in the vicinity of the upper and lower ends respectively of said body, in order to define an intermediary product compression chamber, said body comprising a tubular outer side wall forming a case and surrounding a generally cylindrical inner side wall forming a vessel, said case and said vessel being positioned along a common axis, the vessel having a revolution enclosure around said axis, the compression element and the sliding shutter being mounted at least partially inside the vessel, characterized in that said dispenser comprises means for assembling the vessel to the case, means for radially wedging the vessel in said case and a band for fastening the delivery means to the upper part of the case, the assembling means and the radial wedging means comprising an axial journal extending from a side wall of the fastening band, the outer face of said axial journal being in contact with the periphery of the vessel.  
   
   
       2 . A dispenser of pasty or gel products according to  claim 1 , characterized in that said vessel has an elliptic or a circular cross-section.  
   
   
       3 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 1 , characterized in that said case has a polygonal cross-section.  
   
   
       4 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 1 , characterized in that said radially wedging means comprise equally distributed flexible wings which extend from the inner face of the case and the free ends of which come into contact with the outer face of the vessel.  
   
   
       5 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 4 , characterized in that said flexible wings are inclined with respect to a direction perpendicular to axis of the case.  
   
   
       6 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 4 , characterized in that said case has angular regions which flexible wings extend from.  
   
   
       7 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 1 , characterized in that said assembling means comprise an extension which radially extends inwards from a lower part of the case and which the vessel is associated with.  
   
   
       8 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 7 , characterized in that said extension has a crown protruding towards the upper end of the case which the container is introduced on.  
   
   
       9 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 7 , characterized in that said extension extends to form a bottom wall provided with a through hole opposite the sliding shutter.  
   
   
       10 . A distributor of pasty or gel product according to  claim 1 , characterized in that one groove is formed in the radial wall of the band in order to receive the upper edge of the vessel.

A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the sliding shutter comprises a cylindrical guiding sleeve which slides on the inner face of the vessel, said sleeve being connected to a shutter wall which extends towards the inside of the vessel from the edge of the sleeve.

A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 11 , characterized in that the compression element is positioned in a shell made integral with the upper part of the case, said shell comprising a cylindrico-conical shell wall the convergence of which is oriented towards the lower end of the case, the shutter wall having a cylindrico-conical shape matching the shell.  
   
   
       13 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 12 , characterized in that the compression element is mounted in a pump casing accommodated in the shell.  
   
   
       14 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 13 , characterized in that the lower end of the pump casing is introduced in a cylindrical bore provided in the lower end of the shell.  
   
   
       15 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 2 , characterized in that said case has a polygonal cross-section.  
   
   
       16 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 5 , characterized in that said case has angular regions which flexible wings extend from.  
   
   
       17 . A dispenser of pasty or gel product according to  claim 8 , characterized in that said extension extends to form a bottom wall provided with a through hole opposite the sliding shutter.
