Tethered snack food containable toy like object

Abstract

The present invention relates to a tethered toy like object that has one or more refillable cavities made for containing any type of snack food and the option to contain other toy like objects. By combining a toy like object with a snack food container into one object and making it with a tether, it reduces the amount of objects a child can lose or drop on the floor. This invention allows for many different design options, that will give the manufacturer more opportunities for entertaining a child. The tethered toy like object can be made of various materials in a variety of shapes and sizes. This invention will reduce the amount of germs a child can come in contact with and increase the chances of the child being satisfied.

1 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food, which simultaneously entertains a child with food and play comprising:
 (a) a tether   (b) a toy like object.   (c) a snack food cavity or cavities made to contain food.   (d) a toy storage cavity or cavities made to contain other toy like objects.   
   
   
       2 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tether is used for connecting said tethered toy like object to another object and can be made in various lengths, widths or thickness'. 
   
   
       3 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said invention can have other objects attached to it by any attachment type of device, by using any of the below stated materials, e.g. drinking apparatus, toys, teething apparatus. 
   
   
       4 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein any of the following materials can be used to manufacture any or all parts of the present invention:
 cloth like material, plastic, Velcro, adhesive or the like, insulated materials, netting, mesh, elastic materials, micro fiber, cardboard, rubber, nylon, metal, snaps, buttons, zipper, zip locking system, hook and eye, clip, open ended or closed loops or the like, latch, rope, or rope like material, materials used to fill or stuff pillows and stuffed animals.   
   
   
       5 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tether can be attached to another object by a variety of different ways by using any of the above mentioned materials. 
   
   
       6 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tethered toy like object can be made in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors. 
   
   
       7 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tethered toy like object can be made for permanent or temporary use. 
   
   
       8 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tethered toy like object can be made to have sound devices put in or on it and or to have materials that makes stimulating sound, put in or on it. 
   
   
       9 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tethered toy like object can allow for a plastic sleeve or sleeves for the insertion of pictures. 
   
   
       10 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said toy like object and any part, or all that comprise it, can be cleaned by any of the following formats: surface cleaned, dishwasher safe and/or machine washable. 
   
   
       11 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said toy like object can have battery powered mechanisms incorporated in or on it. 
   
   
       12 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tethered toy like object can be made gender specific or unisex. 
   
   
       13 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tethered toy like object can be used as a forum for teaching and/or Occupational Therapy. 
   
   
       14 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tethered toy like object must allow for one or many refillable or removable snack food cavities made for the containment of any type of snack food. 
   
   
       15 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said snack food cavity or cavities can be designed in a variety of shapes and sizes with one or more access openings that can be made with or without closing mechanisms. 
   
   
       16 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said snack food cavity or cavities access openings can be designed in a variety of different ways for functionality, or for appearance purposes. 
   
   
       17 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said tethered toy like object can allow for one or many refillable or removable toy storage cavities made for the containment of any type of loose or tethered toy like objects. 
   
   
       18 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said toy storage cavity or cavities can be designed in a variety of shapes and sizes with one or more access openings that can be made with or without closing mechanisms. 
   
   
       19 . A tethered toy like object made for containing snack food as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said toy storage cavity or cavities access openings can be designed in a variety of different ways for functionality, or for appearance purposes. 
   
   
       20 . The description of any part of the present invention of  claim 1 , allows for other variations of modifications to be ascertained to those of skill in the art and science.
