Fender caddie

Abstract

The Fender Caddie is new and different from any other portable tool holding organizing tray in that it is flat and large enough to display tools, parts, and hardware in it and be placed in the engine compartment of a vehicle at any angle so all work is at the finger tips of the mechanic. The serrated foam rubber bottom lets the tray set on any part of the engine or engine components without tipping, sliding, scratching, or damaging the surface it sets or lays on. The Fender Caddie is light weight with no brackets, arms, or attachments of any kind. The Fender Caddie needs no assembly it is a flat sheet of ridged plastic with four upright sides with a sheet of graduated in thickness serrated textured style foam rubber glued to the bottom of the flat plastic tray.

1 . The Fender Caddie is a light weight portable tool and hardware organizing tray.
 The Fender Caddie is a single item made of two different materials glued together to form one flat tray named in claim number  1 .   The first part is a flat sheet of hard ridged plastic with four heat molded upright sides named in claim number  1 .   The second part is a serrated textured style soft dense foam rubber that is glued to the bottom of the first part of plastic sheet named in claim number  1 .   The bottom side of the serrated textured style foam rubber has high and low sections over its entire area as shown in drawing figure number  3 .   The serrated textured style foam rubber bottom is also graduated in thickness as seen in drawing figure number  1 .   
   
   
       2 . The Fender Caddie needs no attaching arms or hardware to maintain its stability or placement in the engine compartment.
 The Fender Caddie sets anywhere in the engine compartment of a vehicle.   The Fender Caddie will stay level and horizontal wherever it's placed on the engine or surrounding area.   
   
   
       3 . The Fender Caddies flat tray top allows tools and hardware to be organized so no digging or searching for tools or hardware is necessary.
 The benefit of tool organization within the Fender Caddie allows for fast clean up and tool removal back to permanent storage areas.
