Abstract
A heating device includes a heating unit, which is formed of a rack, a motor and a fan blade assembly, and a heating unit, which is formed of a carrier holding a number of quarts glass or ceramic heating tubes that are coated with a first electrode and a second electrode prepared from nanometered electric radiant film. The heating tubes emit far infrared rays and radiate heat when the fan delivery unit is delivering currents of air through the heating unit.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A heating device comprising:
an electric heating unit, said electric heating unit comprising a carrier made out of an electrically insulative material, said carrier having a first support member and a second support member respectively disposed at two distal ends thereof, said first support member and said second support member each have a plurality of retaining portions, a plurality of heating tubes supported between said first support members and said second support members, said heating tubes each having a first electrode and a second electrode disposed at two opposite ends thereof and respectively kept in contact with the retaining portions of said first support member and said second support member, and a voltage reducing line for conducting electricity to said heating tubes for causing said heating tubes to radiate heat, said voltage reducing line comprising a first lead wire and a second lead wire respectively coupled to the first electrodes and second electrodes of said heating tubes; and an air delivery unit, said air delivery unit comprising a rack, said rack having a hollow protruding portion fastened to one end of said carrier, a motor mounted inside said hollow protruding portion, and a fan blade assembly coupled to said motor and suspending inside said rack for causing currents of air through said electric heating unit when said heating tubes are caused to radiate heat.

The heating device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said heating tubes are made out of one of the materials of quartz glass and ceramics, and respectively coated with a layer of electric radiant heating film; the number of said heating tubes is equal to the number of the retaining portions of said first support member and the number of the retaining portions of said second support member.

The heating device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said first support member and said second support member and the retaining portions of said first support member and said second support member are made out of a metal material for conducting electricity through the first electrodes and second electrodes of said heating tubes.
4 . The heating device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first electrode and second electrode of each of said heating tubes are respectively formed of a nanometered electric radiant film and coated on the surface of the respective heating tube.
5 . The heating device as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the first electrode and second electrode of each of said heating tubes emit far infrared rays when electrically connected.
6 . The heating device as claimed in claim 1 , which is to be used in one of a hair dryer, a copy machine, a scanner, and a laser printer.
7 . The heating device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said carrier has a conical profile.
8 . The heating device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said rack has a plurality of wing members connected to said protruding portions, said wing members each having a front V-notch for securing said voltage reducing line.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
